A aimé Friendliness of owner, cleanliness of facilities. The children's play area was great.the pitches were a good size. The garden areas were well kept and had a lot of pretty flowers.

A aimé No need to check in -straight to designated pitch -loved this. Well kept site with spotlessly clean facilities
N'a pas aimé Shower -unable to control temperature. We had a problem with ants. I know we are in nature and it was probably just the right conditions for them to appear and I really have no idea what the site would do about this other than check pitch for possible nest

We're so pleased you enjoyed our self check-in system and being able to head straight to your allocated pitch. It's great to hear you found the site well maintained and the facilities spotlessly clean.
We're sorry to hear about the shower temperature and the ants on your pitch. If we'd known during your stay, we would have recommended using our family bathroom, which has an adjustable temperature control for a more comfortable shower.
Similarly, if we'd been aware of the ants, we'd have happily come over with some ant powder to treat the area. As you mentioned, being in the countryside means ants do occasionally appear when conditions are right, but we're always happy to help if guests let us know.
