What customers say
This is a neat, quiet spot with ample room for your gear and top-notch amenities, even a new shower block. It's in a prime location, a breezy walk to Lacock village, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The dog park and new kids' playground are big hits. A few folks mentioned pitches being a bit close and some road noise.

Liked Loved everything. Very easy to find your pitch (you get an email 24rs before arrival giving you your pitch number). Pitch sizes were good. The site is kept very neat and tidy and the toilets and showers were great. The quiet time was kept by all on the site too. Only a short walk to Lacock, yes you have to cross a busy road but we manged this with ease and we are both in our early 70's. We will definitely be back to this site.
Disliked There was nothing to dislike .

It’s great to hear that you appreciated how neat and tidy the site is, as well as the toilets and showers and our quiet hours. We’re also pleased that the walk into Lacock was manageable for you — it really is lovely having such a beautiful historic village right on our doorstep.

We came, slept and moved next day. Very uncomplicated. Thanks for that.

From the manager: Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you found your arrival and overnight stay easy and uncomplicated.
We do try to see and welcome everyone on their day of arrival, although unfortunately it sounds like we may have missed you during our walk around the site that evening – apologies for that.
For future reference, the pre-arrival email we send includes a link to our site map, alongside your allocated pitch number. All of our facilities, including the rubbish and recycling area, are clearly marked on the map.
The email also includes a link to our online guest book, which contains useful information about the site and your stay, including details of our free Wi-Fi and how to connect.
We’re sorry you weren’t able to find everything you needed during your short stay, but we appreciate the feedback and hope we can welcome you back another time.
Flat, great area, easy walk into Lavick

Liked Flat and welcoming
Disliked Kids being allowed to make mess in the toilet blocks.
Didn’t really like the new toilet block and I’m infirm, it was a struggle to get up the wooden steps.
I think it’s changed hands since the last time we were there but I don’t think anything would stop us going again. We had been previously 3 times
