Liked Loved the cleanliness of the of the entire place. It’s small and intimate but very clean. Nice spots for all types of camping with a fun modern playground. Highly recommend to others.

Liked Close to Lacock. Level pitches. Clean. Easy check in. Close to pubs/restaurants and decent cycle routes. Hot water in the showers. Decent play area for the kids. Hot water in washing up facilities and very useful launderette.Good WiFi.

Disliked Regular traffic up Folly Lane (possibly due to the newish solar farm) - outside the control of the site, of course.
Last time we stayed, I'm also sure there were more facilities. They've since updated them (which did need doing) but now there is not enough washing up, toilet and shower facilities for the number of campers. It's a busy site. Only saw a warden once, which is unusual for such a busy site. There's a number you can call.
Despite this, this is still a good campsite and we would return if in the area.

We're delighted you enjoyed our level pitches, easy check-in, clean facilities, play area, Wi-Fi and our great location within walking distance of Lacock, as well as the nearby pubs, restaurants and cycle routes.

Unfortunately, the traffic along Folly Lane is due to the nearby solar farm development and is, as you say, outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Regarding the facilities, we invested in completely replacing and modernising our toilet and shower block last year. While the layout has changed, the number of toilets, showers and washing-up sinks remains the same as before.

As a small family-run campsite, reception isn't staffed all day, as we're often out cleaning the facilities, maintaining the grounds or helping guests around the site. We carry out multiple walks around the campsite throughout the day, so apologies if we missed you during your stay. However, if we're not in reception, we're always just a phone call away, and someone is never far away should you need any assistance.

Disliked Ladies toilet untidy and out of toilet roll on one morning and noise from hand dryer, this was due to door being left open when it clearly said on the door to keep it shut.

We're sorry to hear the hand dryer disturbed you. We do encourage guests to keep the toilet and shower doors closed to help minimise noise travelling outside, although despite the signage this is occasionally overlooked.

During the summer months, guests also sometimes leave the shower windows open to help keep the facilities cool, which can allow noise to travel further than usual. We'll make a point of checking that the windows are closed during our evening rounds to help reduce any disturbance overnight.

Liked A lovely quiet site with clean toilet and shower facilities. I liked that there was a separate family bathroom for those that need extra assistance. The owner also visited during the day to give a map and to check we were all ok. My kids loved the park and cannot wait to go back again.

Liked Beautiful site, everything about it is so clean, tidy and such a tranquil setting especially with the layout of the site is cute. perfect for a stroll with little kids plus a nice park for them too. Great allocated pitches with plenty of space around you.

Liked While site very clean and tidy. Facilities always clean no matter what time day or night. Fridge and freezer available to use which was very useful during the hot weather. Had our pitch information sent to us the day before our visit with pitch no. Etc so no checking in needed when we got there just drove straight in to our pitch and set up straight away. Pitches are also great size. Site was incredibly easy to get to. Perfectly located for trips to bath and Bristol and a lot of other local attractions. National Trust village of Lacock about 10 min walk away with some great pubs.

Disliked We were a couple of pitches down from the toilet/showers which was great for convenience however the doors didn't close automatically so sometimes people would leave them open and the hand dryers were very noisy which was annoying in the middle of the night.
