Likte Very neat & tidy site. Toilets & showers were spotless we were really impressed with them. The owner came around on our day of arrival to greet us and ask if there's anything we needed which is a nice touch.

The local coffee trailer does very nice coffee which is reasonably priced. We would stay there again.

Likte Spacious site, excellent facilities kept really clean. Ideal location for visiting National Trust Lacock, a short walk away - care needed crossing a busy main road but good visibility.
Coffee truck on site in the morning, excellent coffee to start the day!
Clear instructions before arrival and visit from owner in the evening to check we were settled in OK.

Likte ikke Would have liked a little more room around the Men's wash basins as nowhere to put wash bags or hang a towel, and very cramped when three people were trying to use the three basins at once. Also got a bit steamy when showers in use and windows hadn't been opened.

Likte Excellent site with excellent facilities short third of mile walk into picturesque Laycock village largely owned by national trust with 4 pubs and several cafes, laycock abbey ticket expensive, campsite pitch is preallocated to you to drive onto at arrival would thoughly recommend and will revisit again .

Likte Everything from arriving to reading the wishes for a safe journey at the exit door was such a joy.
Every facilities were very clean and easy to find.
The atmosphere on this campsite is very pleasent.

Just to clarify, we do have a designated grey water waste disposal point on site; however, it is not a drive-over facility. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay with us.

Likte The bathrooms were well presented - clean and fresh flowers were a nice touch. The washing up space was clean and spacious with plenty of hot water. Good information was given before our arrival so we knew exactly where to pitch and our host checked everything was ok later when we were settled.
The site was within easy walking distance of Lacock which was a lovely village to explore, and a lovely walk along the river. The site was also very quiet at night, despite being close to a main road

Likte Lovely site and clean amenities

Likte ikke Our pitch wasn't really suitable for a campervan with a awning as the awning touched the hedge so we couldn't open the door, the site map showed quite a large green next to the hard standing which made it look ideal.
They advertised a coffee van but there wasn't one.

Regarding the coffee van, Rachel, our coffee lady, had taken her coffee trailer away for a couple of days as she was committed to an existing event. We’re sorry it wasn’t available during your stay and for any disappointment this caused.
