A aimé Location views are beautiful. Really lovely walk with our 2 dogs in to Lyme regis and back. Clean toilets.

N'a pas aimé Very noisy as right by main road. Couldn’t swing a cat in portaloos!!! Also, never received code for gate via text/email but thankfully could remember it from when was told on arrival.

Many thanks for your comments, and we're sorry you feel the communication wasn't quite up to standard. Unfortunately, the phone number on your booking was incorrect, and this is the reason no communications were sent via text. Therefore, we were only able to send you an email, as this was the only form of contact we had for you.

All guests are sent our check-in details prior to their arrival. As you are stating that you never received this information, I can only imagine that this was sent to your junk box. I would advise that you add our email to your “safe senders” list to avoid any confusion in the future, and also to update your contact number on Pitchup to a number that is legitimate.

I am always on hand to answer any questions guests may have on arrival and during their stay. I'm sorry you feel we fell short on this occasion, but when the wrong contact details are provided there is not much more we can do.

A aimé We had a great stay here with our friends. The team were very accommodating and were great at communicating with quick responses. The pitches are big and although there’s a little slope it was well worth it for the view! The facilities were basic but sufficient - the showers were surprising good! Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

A aimé Loved our stay at Berries farm. Lovely views, sunsets and clear skies at night with stunning view of the stars 🤩 Daisy was really helpful with local info, and the site was very peaceful. People camping were lovely and friendly, had a lovely vibe. Clean facilities, showers were hot with a good space for drying and dressing.

N'a pas aimé Toilets were a little cramped, but we're spotlessly clean.

A aimé Great location, lovely views across the hills, and an easy stroll down to town, and it's on the bus route to come back up the hill.
Huge pitches and flat ground our side of the site so easy to set-up.
Basic but clean facilities and HOT showers.
Daisy was responsive and friendly.
No big groups so it was peaceful and safe for kids and dogs.

N'a pas aimé Bit of a trek to the toilet so maybe another unit could be handy mid-way down the field.
Close to the road so heard traffic at night (not that they can help that, or maybe we just went to bed too early!)
