What customers say
Beautiful country views & peaceful vibes. Clean washrooms with hot showers are a hit! Close to Lyme Regis. Some noise from the road and minor water pressure/cubicle space noted. Simple, great value site with future improvements planned.

Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Lovely clean site, easy to get into and pitch there is plenty of room. Facilities were great and very clean. Great views and we had a lovely walk into Lyme Regis from the site (tiny bit hilly). Good value and would stay again when visiting this area. Owner was lovely.

Liked •Great communication prior to arrival
•Good site access just off the main road for a motorhome.
• Fabulous views over the countryside towards Uplyme. Especially the sunsets.
• Only a 5 minute walk to the park and ride bus into Lyme Regis.
• Great walk. Exit the site where you drove in, cross the road and go right towards the park and ride look out for a gap in the hedge which takes on a right of way across the golf course into some wood and into Charmouth.
• The site felt really chilled, very much back to basics, suited us.
• if you don’t need EHU ask for pitches 45-50, these are furthest from the road and really big pitches wirh great views
•yes the loos are in the small side but there was always moo roll and paper towels and never a queue.
•showers were hot
Disliked Nothing really. Yes there is some road noise on EHU pitches but it’s not that bad and at night there is very little traffic.
The 2 wash up sinks are open to the elements, it was lovely weather so not an issues. The sinks are large and have plugs. You can always get hot water from the showers as it’s only cold water.

Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Loved this little site from the secure entry (coded barrier) to the clean toilets and hot showers. The pitch I was given was level with spectacular views over Lyme Regis. I chose the short (but steep walk) down to Charmouth along the SWCP which also crosses the Lyme Regis golf club where I stopped for a well deserved beverage on my return. (I did notice they do breakfast and lunch there). It was lovely to meet Daisy who stopped by to say hi and even stayed to have a glass of wine. It was great to see such enthusiasm and commitment towards this whole venture. I may not be able to make it back this year but will return.

Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Generous sized pitches, not too busy even on regatta weekend, lovely views and sunsets, easy to get into Lyme/other places for exploring, friendly and quick communication from owners, free hot showers.
Disliked Noise from the road was constant unfortunately even throughout the night. Hot water for washing up would have been a bonus.
