Campeggio con viste stupende e posizione comoda per Lyme Regis. Bagni puliti, docce calde apprezzate, proprietari gentili. Piazzole ampie in alcune aree. Rumori stradali e WC piccoli segnalati. Gestione lavora per migliorare.

Mi è piaciuto Beautifully maintained field that had just the right amount of natural meadow and lightly mowed areas. Pitches were large and well signed with the most beautiful views. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Perfect location with easy access to Lyme Regis and Charmouth, the Park and Ride was very close and an excellent service. A fabulous stay for me and my little boy, thank you.

Non mi è piaciuto Very noisy as right by main road. Couldn’t swing a cat in portaloos!!! Also, never received code for gate via text/email but thankfully could remember it from when was told on arrival.

Many thanks for your comments, and we're sorry you feel the communication wasn't quite up to standard. Unfortunately, the phone number on your booking was incorrect, and this is the reason no communications were sent via text. Therefore, we were only able to send you an email, as this was the only form of contact we had for you.
All guests are sent our check-in details prior to their arrival. As you are stating that you never received this information, I can only imagine that this was sent to your junk box. I would advise that you add our email to your “safe senders” list to avoid any confusion in the future, and also to update your contact number on Pitchup to a number that is legitimate.
I am always on hand to answer any questions guests may have on arrival and during their stay. I'm sorry you feel we fell short on this occasion, but when the wrong contact details are provided there is not much more we can do.
