A aimé Lovely relaxing caravan park, swimmings baths were great and had a shallow sections for small children.

A aimé The staff at the arcades/bar were friendly and helpful. The site itself is massive and just outside is the sea and the views are amazing. Pool was good, you have to get in with your children if under 8 and the lifeguards are a bit too attentive with adults so the experience of the pool was very bizarre because we couldn't do anything and I am all for safety 🛟 but too extreme we are on holiday not boot camp. Prices for pottery and other activities are very high so didn't do any, but what a good idea for the children, park was good. Football pitch was a bonus.

N'a pas aimé Toilets and so many children on e bikes and scooters then it states non in rule books. They were whizzing over the roundabouts not looking. And yes it's parents but don't have a rule book if your not going to enforce it. The toilets were disgusting not cleaned properly, if your going to spend millions on doing a place up then keep it clean and take pride. Once a day is not enough and in midday not even morning. Sort this and I will give top stars.

Had one realy good meal at the restaurant. Followed by one not so good meal. Menu was reduced our second week with limited choices.

The facilities were in the poorest hygiene condition I’ve ever seen, used sanitary products all over the place. Which isn’t the sites fault, it the people that visit but you are lucky if someone cleans the place once a day.
Our pitch flooded which meant we had to pack up and leave 2 days early because when I enquired about changing to staying in one of the statics on site they tried to charge me another £200!
The site is based in the middle of nowhere which is nice but not when you need to escape the site. There was litter and broken plastic and glass everywhere, never cleaned up. My daughter couldn’t use the park because the kids on there were f ing and jeffing every other word and come 8pm the site turns in to a social services worst nightmare with drunk adults in charge of children. The pool has way too much chlorine in it for it to be enjoyable and the staff who double up as lifeguards pace up and down a small section of the pool like they are on some sort of mental drug making you feel anxious and wanted to say sit the f down!! We tried the on site restaurant to give ourselves a break from the camping area one night, we all wish we hadn’t bothered, the food was disgusting!! Over cooked cheap food with no taste and when I asked for mayonnaise to try and disguise the awful taste I was given a tiny pot with enough mayonnaise for 3 chips so had to keep getting up to ask for more.

A aimé The arcades were good. The swimming and choice of activities for the children. The park was good and love how they have gluten free peroni.

N'a pas aimé The guy who was running the touring camp was very rude. He was cleaning the toilets and my daughter needed the toilet. He said you cant come in so I asked where she could use the toilet he said in thr disabled. I went and the door was locked, we waited incase someone was inside. My daughter wet herself as she couldn't wait that long. I went back and told him they were locked his response was. "Well you will have to come in here then. This is why I never get anything done!"
I didn't think this was professional.
When we went in the bar we only had a few options as I have coeliac i only had one option. It was a pizza. I asked for pepperoni and jalapeños but it only came with pepperoni. All the food came and we had no cutlery. I went and asked and they said we dont have any she said we will have to bring it over. I explained the food was already at the table so they took it from another one. Then the same food came out again, they had cooked it twice.
You couldn't get a shower when someone else was in there as they didnt work at the same time. 3 cubicles were always locked and a lot of the toilets.
