A aimé The staff were all friendly. Swimming pool was warm, didn't eat any food so can't comment on that.

You could pick your own pitch.

N'a pas aimé The site is very very noisy. 2 nights out of 3 we were woken at 2am by one large group returning to site shouting across the field to each other, revving their cars and just generally had no consideration for anyone else on the site. There didn't appear to he any warden or anyone controlling this.

The showers were also not great only 1 would work at a time and they weren't very clean at all.

A aimé Nice area, pitches were well kept, staff helpful, plenty to keep the kids entertained, reasonably priced, restaurant staff very helpful when our food all come out incorrect.

N'a pas aimé Toilet and shower areas not the cleanest. Didn’t see any cleaners in 4 days/3 nights.
No freezer facility like some other sites I’ve stayed on (for refreezing our cooler packs). Also a microwave on the touring patch would come in handy. Again this is just privileges we’ve had on other sites and have come in useful for us.

A aimé I liked the size of the site and the ability to choose the pitch on arrival. The shop had plenty of options and the play area was good.

N'a pas aimé I didn't realise you had to book a swimming slot, this was not advised prior to arriving. The staff did let my daughter in the pool for an hour but she said it was dirty and wanted to get out after 15mins. The touring site was noisy through the night and there was a lot of rubbish. Could do with more than one play area on a site of this size.

N'a pas aimé Everything. Grass was never cut for a while and the ground was lumpy, difficult to manoeuvre folding camper with the mover as it kept getting stuck in the ruts.
Three of the showers in both male and female were out of order, no mops or squeegees to clean up after showering. the ones that were open had no shelves to hold your toiletries on had to place then on the floor. only a few coat hooks on the back of the door to hold everything. In the wash rooms there was nowhere to hang a towel or, sinks far to close to each other. pitches not very clearly marked out probably due to the long grass. for the size of the touring area they could do with another facilities block to ease the pressure on the existing one. Some of the bins were overflowing.

A aimé Great site for children, layed back with plenty of room on the pitch. Would definitely return

A aimé Good food in the restaurant

N'a pas aimé Had to wait over 1 hours to check in due to no one being at the camping site. Really struggled to pitch the awning due to all the stones in the ground, took over 1.5 hours to set up due this. Spoilt it really when it’s only ment to take 10 minutes.

A aimé How laid back the campsite was.
Staff were lovely and polite

N'a pas aimé Showers were poor, water just trickling down the wall.
Staff not trained properly - wrong information given at check-in. Staff not trained well in restaurant and bar.
