Me gustó Loved the view, the cafe served excellent coffee and snacks. Very nice addition to the campsite. All the staff were very friendly.

We liked the spacious nature of the site and how well situated it was.

Price was very reasonable.

We liked seeing the animals roam (minus the cockerels waking us up!)

No me gustó Two showers for the whole field isn't a lot, paying extra to use these is disappointing.

We had issues with water supply but these were fixed promptly

Me gustó Great site, easy to access and find. Loved picking our own pitch (next to the pigs) and the opportunity to see some other farm animals (including one very cheeky escapee goat).
Facilities were clean and kept well stocked with toilet paper and soap.
Staff were helpful and friendly, advising on walking routes and pubs for food - even out of hours.

Facilities now very tiered and barely adequate for the number of people. Inadequate for families due to the lack of space- a prime consideration for a family camp site.

Waste disposal very poor-no recycling at all, no bins at the washing up sinks which were also lacking plugs and hot water.

Me gustó The campsite was a much larger field than expected with good facilities.
We had a lovely space that was private yet part of the overall campsite.
The coffee shop & supplies were great & we loved the pigs. It was a great location and we enjoyed an evening out in Swanage by bus - fabulous service and all very dog friendly

Me gustó The campsite itself doesn't get too busy. It was at full capacity the second day and even then there was loads of space and the facilities were clean.

No me gustó The cafe is very over priced (£3.50 for a small bottle of orange juice)

Cleanliness lacking and very basic
Ice cold showers

Showers were 50p for 3 minutes but ice cold, told warm water would come but even after £3 there was nothing. Poor water pressure if someone did the washing up.
5 toilets (3 female, 2 male) and 2 showers for 60-65 groups of campers and what we estimated at around 150 is nowhere near enough.
Queue for toilets.
40min queue for freezing shower.
Water went off overnight in all toilets and sinks so toilets filled with contents by 9am, no flush, nowhere to wash hands. Never heard from owners about why but thankfully it was or leaving day

Large pitches.
Bus stop outside for Swanage.
Great pub nearby.

No me gustó Toilet and shower facilities need to be able to cope with the numbers of people at the weekend.
Not enough showers or hot water.
Water stopped working on the day we left- not sure how long it took to fix as we were leaving anyway.

Me gustó Great location for a few nights. Quiet and large field albeit slightly on slope so bring chocks to level van. Amazing cafe on site, one of the best breakfasts ever. Lovely staff. Toilets and shower block at bottom of slope but clean and fully working flush toilets. Showers 50p coin operated, I used £1 for decent shower. Hot water. Drinking water and wash up area. Cafe takes in your ice packs to freeze which is a bonus. Great pub just around the corner full of locals with sunny pub garden. Would definitely be back.
