A aimé The views and the old fashioned camping feel. We didn't use the cafe, but it looked excellent, if a bit 'London prices' on the coffees, eggs. Great idea to have a rainy-day soft play option. Posters in the loos were hillarious and a lovely thing

N'a pas aimé Apparently you have to use a 50p piece every time you shower. This is just a terrible idea, especially in this largely cash-free age. I think each camper should get a token for each day they are there, and if wanting more showers than one a day, can apply for more? Or, as YHA does - use a code for the door. We opted to go dirty all weekend as it was all too faffy to resolve, but not my favourite solution.

A aimé Liked the views and the space informal site, pitch more or less where you want.Cafe on site but we didn't use it.
Fab pub up the road.
Will probably return next year for a couple of days.

A aimé The peace and quiet, the cafe, the strength of the showers and the proximity to a pub for food.

The cafe served great food and coffee.

A aimé Absolutely one of the best sites i have stayed. It was nice and clean.
There is a Bus service with about a 2 minute walk.

A aimé Lovely little site. With small shop more for milk/ bread. Cafe on site (we don’t use)
Has ladies and gents toilets and 2 showers. (Nice hot water but was 6am) cracking views.
Lovely pub up the road has lush meal.

N'a pas aimé Shop not great choice but has the basics.
Glad not there when busy as don’t think enough showers.
Not great if have walking disability.

A aimé Nice view from the camping field. It wasn't overcrowded.
Quiet at night. Toilets were always clean. Good food available in the restaurant and some supplies in the shop. Convenient location for travel into Swanage or Corf by Bus if needed. Lot's of walking routes available Owner's were very pleasant as usual.

N'a pas aimé Adjustment of the shower temperature needed as I found it too hot. Perhaps 2 more toilet's and an extra shower. An extra water tap at the top of the field needed and another wash station. A lockable phone charging station in the camping field would be great.These are just suggestions for future improvements.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Thank you.

Cafe was nice, food high quality.

N'a pas aimé Not many flat areas to pitch up.

Facilities are in need to a revamp and more regular cleaning. I should imagine there are not enough facilties to cater for a fully booked site.

Paying 50p for a shower made it inconvenient and the queue was a bit off putting at busy times.

The farm and soft play looked tired.

The shop wasn't really cut of for campers, needed a few more basics.

A aimé A lovely view and great location close to Swanage beach and Corfe Castle.
The café and shop served lovely food friendly staff.

N'a pas aimé Terrible facilities. 2 showers for the whole site in a basic portacabin, which looked ancient. Stained, grubby showers, floors and plug holes, Huge cobwebs that looked like they'd been there for years you needed 50p to have a 3 minute shower. The toilets were as bad, 3 stalls for ladies and 4 sinks, no plugs, mirrors missing from walls, which had peeling paint and open screw holes where fixings had been removed from walls. The washing up station had no shelter and was open to the elements and the water from the sinks bubbled up through the shower drains when the sink was emptied.

A aimé A wonderful place for 3 nights stay with wife and 2 daughters. Animals all around and the Farm Cafe was amazing. The coffees, pastries & cakes 👌🏻
I recommend the fresh baked various flavoured sausage rolls..... I had the Beef&Tomato and the next day the Curried Goat, delicious. Had breakfast the day we left and it was a stunner of a brekkie.
Staff also very helpful and friendly.
Will definitely return, thank you.

N'a pas aimé Just the hill up to tent, we did base ourselves right at top but hedges and the trek down to toilets n showers was a toll, but that's because I'm 54 and unfit.
Next time we would Pitch halfway down or so.

N'a pas aimé I pitched up after the reception (cafe closed) at 6pm. This feels a little early. Perhaps there could be a board that gives information to late comers?
