Me gustó Beautiful place great pitch full hook up with amazing views, peaceful and felt in middle of countryside even with local amenities nearby, great friendly staff big shout out to dianne and husband who helped me put awning on rail as I’m too short ! Weather was quite shocking for June but it was a lovely holiday

No me gustó Toilet and shower areas , could do with more stools in showers as only one had one to put stuff on. Friend used disability facilities few issues but staff explained.

No me gustó This camp site is NOT suitable for motorcycles. The road/track leading to the pitches is in an abysmal state. Steep inclines and rough decent full of loose shingle ,grit and pot holes. If you are travelling on a heavy road tourer, good luck. I had an adventure bike but still found entering and leaving the site unnerving. Also, there is no cold storage on site. Not one fridge. I've been to multiple campsites throughout the UK. This is a rarity. You are given the option to rent an Ice Cube for the duration of your stay. A bit cheeky if you ask me. Add this to your additional pitch cost and it's not as cheap as you think.

We're sorry to hear that you found the access track challenging on your motorcycle, while most guests navigate it without issue, we appreciate that individual riders and motorcycles may have different levels of comfort on uneven ground.

We do not advertise communal fridge facilities, this is because of it creating issues with food being left behind, going out of date, and creating hygiene concerns for both guests and staff. Instead, we offer ice packs/cooling solutions as an optional service for those who require them. This is intended as a convenience rather than a mandatory extra cost, and details of the facilities available are provided before booking.

We do wish you had raised your concerns with us during your stay, as we would have been happy to discuss them and help in any way we could. Guest feedback is always welcome, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

Me gustó Beautiful campsite. Immaculate facilities. Huge pitches well designed layout and well spaced between neighbours. Fabulous swimming pool. Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful

Me gustó This was a really lovely campsite. The pool, parks and games room were good.

The pitches were good with the hedge separating areas and providing much needed shade.

Layout encouraged children from different pitches to play together and still be in sight.

No me gustó Noise rules weren't followed and loud music was played past 10pm every night.

We're sorry to hear that noise affected your stay. We take our quiet hours policy seriously and ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum after 9pm out of consideration for others on site.

We do wish this had been brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have been able to investigate the issue and, where necessary, speak to the guests involved. Unfortunately, if we are not made aware of a problem at the time, it can be difficult for us to address it.

Me gustó We liked being escorted to the pitch and offered guidance on the position of pitch which helped inform us how to angle our tent. I thought the no visitors rule was inconvenient at first as it was our daughter’s birthday but over the course of our stay, I appreciated how secure the site felt as a result. Particularly as we brought our bikes and the children enjoyed cycling around the site throughout our time there. The pool was amazing as was the variety of play areas available to the children. The facilities were the best we’ve experienced and the staff are ever present and very accommodating and approachable.

Me gustó Everything was immaculate from the camping fields to the showers/wc's had plenty of free hot showers, ample sinks, if you're like me & prefer to wash face & clean teeth in private, there were cubicles to do this.
Disabled shower had shower heads at different heights plus a hand held one. Free hairdryer a bonus as I rarely have cash.
I'm a solo female traveller & felt safe & secure. Professional, friendly staff. Go above & beyond. They even met me at the entrance & drove me to my pitch. I have a 2 man hiking tent & my pitch was huge!
Kids will love the climbing wall (not very high) play areas, games room & pool
I still can't believe the rates for a stay in such a beautiful campsite.
Many bridleways to walk I used 3 of them-18mins to Morrisons for a great breakfast, 22 mins Shanklin, 20 mins to landguard for bus s services

Me gustó Possibly the best camp site I’ve ever stayed on, a strong 9 1/2 out of 10.
Large pitches, thoughtfully laid out over about 8 fields. We had our own electric hook up with water and grey waste. Facilities are spotless and plentiful, my only downside was the shower was warm rather than hot. The beginning of the week when we stayed the weather was cool, wet and windy, and I really could have done with a hot shower, but I would definitely return and have recommended to a colleague who is going to book.
