Gostou Really lovely campsite. Really spacious and well organized. Excellent staff running it. Very friendly, helpful & welcoming. Excellent location close to Shanklin, Sandown & Ventnor. Lovely clean and ample facilities.

Não gostou There is no clear signage to the campsite. Its location is very unclear which after a long bike ride can be quite frustrating. The reception area and campsite are slightly hidden from view. This was the only issue for me but frustrating none-the-less. It seems lots of people ask the farmhouse next door as the man immediately knew what I was looking for. Google Maps location was also inaccurate which didn’t help.

Gostou Lovely, friendly campsite! I felt very welcome and well looked after throughout my stay. Brad and his partner run the campsite exceptionally well. Everything is clean, tidy, and well organised. I honestly couldn't fault it – the layout, facilities, and cleanliness are all excellent. Highly recommended. Five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Não gostou The only thing I disliked was that the campsite signage is quite easy to miss, especially if you're arriving by bike or on foot, as I was. The site was a little difficult to find because the signs simply say "Private Land," which made me think I was in the wrong place. As a result, I cycled past the entrance several times, which was frustrating after a long day's ride in hot weather.

When I stopped to ask at the neighbouring farm, they seemed familiar with people having difficulty finding the campsite, so it may be a common issue. Better or clearer signage would make arriving much easier for first-time visitors.

Gostou Lovely quiet site. Facilities very clean and well kept. Saw a red squirrel on the drive. Within easy walking distance of Shanklin

Gostou Beautiful place great pitch full hook up with amazing views, peaceful and felt in middle of countryside even with local amenities nearby, great friendly staff big shout out to dianne and husband who helped me put awning on rail as I’m too short ! Weather was quite shocking for June but it was a lovely holiday

Não gostou Toilet and shower areas , could do with more stools in showers as only one had one to put stuff on. Friend used disability facilities few issues but staff explained.

Não gostou This camp site is NOT suitable for motorcycles. The road/track leading to the pitches is in an abysmal state. Steep inclines and rough decent full of loose shingle ,grit and pot holes. If you are travelling on a heavy road tourer, good luck. I had an adventure bike but still found entering and leaving the site unnerving. Also, there is no cold storage on site. Not one fridge. I've been to multiple campsites throughout the UK. This is a rarity. You are given the option to rent an Ice Cube for the duration of your stay. A bit cheeky if you ask me. Add this to your additional pitch cost and it's not as cheap as you think.

We're sorry to hear that you found the access track challenging on your motorcycle, while most guests navigate it without issue, we appreciate that individual riders and motorcycles may have different levels of comfort on uneven ground.

We do not advertise communal fridge facilities, this is because of it creating issues with food being left behind, going out of date, and creating hygiene concerns for both guests and staff. Instead, we offer ice packs/cooling solutions as an optional service for those who require them. This is intended as a convenience rather than a mandatory extra cost, and details of the facilities available are provided before booking.

We do wish you had raised your concerns with us during your stay, as we would have been happy to discuss them and help in any way we could. Guest feedback is always welcome, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

Gostou Beautiful campsite. Immaculate facilities. Huge pitches well designed layout and well spaced between neighbours. Fabulous swimming pool. Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful

Gostou This was a really lovely campsite. The pool, parks and games room were good.

The pitches were good with the hedge separating areas and providing much needed shade.

Layout encouraged children from different pitches to play together and still be in sight.

Não gostou Noise rules weren't followed and loud music was played past 10pm every night.

We're sorry to hear that noise affected your stay. We take our quiet hours policy seriously and ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum after 9pm out of consideration for others on site.

We do wish this had been brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have been able to investigate the issue and, where necessary, speak to the guests involved. Unfortunately, if we are not made aware of a problem at the time, it can be difficult for us to address it.

Gostou We liked being escorted to the pitch and offered guidance on the position of pitch which helped inform us how to angle our tent. I thought the no visitors rule was inconvenient at first as it was our daughter’s birthday but over the course of our stay, I appreciated how secure the site felt as a result. Particularly as we brought our bikes and the children enjoyed cycling around the site throughout our time there. The pool was amazing as was the variety of play areas available to the children. The facilities were the best we’ve experienced and the staff are ever present and very accommodating and approachable.
