Me gustó The site is beautifully kept, very very clean.
I loved the washrooms, the water was really warm and it was so clean.
We took a return journey on the boat into York which was lovely.
It’s approximately an hour and 15 mins walk into York but it’s a very Pleasant walk.

No me gustó Maybe a few more sinks to do the dishes, there’s only one sink.

Conversation outside and we are a middle age couple about a family member who had recently past and he asked us to talk quiter this was at 7.20 pm we were not noisy

Me gustó The surroundings, cleaningness, the opportunity of going by boat to York, the bathrooms with glass divisions, facility to book and information provided.

No me gustó I liked everything. Maybe a bench/chair in the shower room would be nice. Wi-fi could be better.

Me gustó Really beautiful brand new facilities! Such a treat - felt more like a boutique hotel than a touring site.
Fantastic location on the riverside, very pretty walks right on site. Incredibly easy access from the A64.

No me gustó Awkward pitch to get on/off with a caravan and staff were not contactable on arrival but all OK in the end.

We’re sorry the River Taxi wasn’t operating during your stay. It’s run by a trusted partner and provided as a service to both our guests and the local community. While we don’t control the schedule, it does operate more frequently during school holidays.
