On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..
• The bar is open between 03/28 and 09/27.
• The grocery shop is open between 03/28 and 09/27.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 03/28 and 09/27.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €50.00 ($59.00) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 1 days of arrival and will be refunded within 2 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €25.00 ($29.50) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/15 and 09/27 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 03/28 and 09/27.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between midnight and 7 a.m..
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/RV, please select the extra.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 10 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by midnight.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
