Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a EUR50.00 ($88.78) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 1 days of arrival and will be refunded within 2 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between midnight and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 01/08 and 23/08 and between 24/08 and 28/09.
• Reception is unmanned after 10 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

General

• The bar is open between 28/03 and 28/09.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 28/03 and 28/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/05 and 27/09 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 28/03 and 28/09.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units longer than 10 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by midnight.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

General

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR25.00 ($44.39) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
