Disliked Restaurant was very noisy and dogs seemed to outnumbered humans and sone were incessant barking no control ruined the environment

Liked Ideal campsite for stopover before heading onwards. Lots of English, very hot showers and lovely meal in restaurant.
Much more pleasing on the pocket than the Caravan and Motorhome endorsed sites.

Disliked Showers are on push button and last only seconds.

Liked This is a really nice, tidy and well kept site, close to the shuttle (25 minutes). The sanitary facilities are very good, and very clean. Dog walking area is useful to let your dog off lead. The restaurant is lovely, food was very nice. Wifi is only accessible in the restaurant area, not on pitches.

Disliked My only concern is there is a resident dog that roams the site and restaurant. This can be a problem for other dog owners as their dogs need to be on a lead and can be reactive to a roaming dog. Also in the restaurant the resident dog sits and begs at customers tables, not ideal.

Liked Location to Calais is great, just under 30 mins.

Disliked The unfriendly woman on reception - so unwelcoming and rude.

When asked if we could eat, she told us that the bar and kitchen wae closed, (6pm) whilst people were sitting eating and drinking.
Sent us to a pitch (showed me on the map), we drove around 3 times, still couldn’t find the number so parked in the first empty pitch we saw. Would not return.

When customer come to do the Check in, I explain each person where they should Park. I told you it was easy to find be because the pitch is the one just after the static home which is on 88.
About bar and restaurant there must be a misanderstanding. The restaurant opens at 6 pm and the bar is opened the all afternoon. Maybe i told you it was fully booked. Which was true.
Sorry if you had a bad expérience.

Liked Lovely quiet site approx 30 mins from tunnel. Good facilities with an area to let your dog off the lead. Great restaurant.

Yes i was a little upset, one of the campers broke my barrier (the infra red cells), and i tried to fix it to insure the security of the site for the night, during the evening service. So i couldn't focus on it.
I can remember also, i spend time with you during the check in, because the reservation was under an another name. The pitches at the back are still under construction and are going to be delimited. Roma was not built in one day. :)
The campsite is still the same since last time you came in august the 26th. At that time, you enjoyed your stay. The main difference is that when you came in september the campsite was full.

Liked Nice site, we've stayed here before. Like toilet seats, nice restaurant, pitches etc.

Disliked We last stayed in '24, it was lovely, friendly staff, lovely site, good restaurant etc.
This time not very enjoyable, restaurant fully booked and the woman was very stressed and unfriendly.

As far as I know, you didn’t book for the restaurant. Yes I am stressed some evenings, when I ask people to book to insure a good service and people come without booking or 1 hour before there booking Time. Sorry if it was desappointing for you.
It is not so easy to hire seasonnal people, so we do our best to improve customer expérience by asking people to book.

Liked This is the 4th time we've stayed here.The site is perfectly situated not far from the tunnel, aprox 27km, easy to find and in a nice clean country area.
Close to hypermarket and shops.
The owner is very pleasant and goes out of her way to accommodate your wishes.
The restaurant is good,with a variety of food on the menu,and reasonably priced.We will be pulling up here again most definitely. Thank you saint louis
