Liked Location to Calais is great, just under 30 mins.

Disliked The unfriendly woman on reception - so unwelcoming and rude.

When asked if we could eat, she told us that the bar and kitchen wae closed, (6pm) whilst people were sitting eating and drinking.
Sent us to a pitch (showed me on the map), we drove around 3 times, still couldn’t find the number so parked in the first empty pitch we saw. Would not return.

Liked Lovely quiet site approx 30 mins from tunnel. Good facilities with an area to let your dog off the lead. Great restaurant.

Yes i was a little upset, one of the campers broke my barrier (the infra red cells), and i tried to fix it to insure the security of the site for the night, during the evening service. So i couldn't focus on it.
I can remember also, i spend time with you during the check in, because the reservation was under an another name. The pitches at the back are still under construction and are going to be delimited. Roma was not built in one day. :)
The campsite is still the same since last time you came in august the 26th. At that time, you enjoyed your stay. The main difference is that when you came in september the campsite was full.

Liked This is the 4th time we've stayed here.The site is perfectly situated not far from the tunnel, aprox 27km, easy to find and in a nice clean country area.
Close to hypermarket and shops.
The owner is very pleasant and goes out of her way to accommodate your wishes.
The restaurant is good,with a variety of food on the menu,and reasonably priced.We will be pulling up here again most definitely. Thank you saint louis

Liked Nice clean site. Warm facilities and hot showers
30 mins from Eurotunnel.

Disliked Price... Stayed at other French sites which were comparable for much less.
Push button showers...
Please, any future campsite developers. Push button showers are so frustrating for users, they do not save water. People need the same amount of water to shower whether it is constant or intermittent! These ones had a particularly short flow time.

Disliked Front of house was under staffed, so the customer service was poor. When I got there , they couldn’t find my booking even thought they had emailed me a reminder the day before, that I showed them. Booking was incorrect.
You cannot leave until 6am, when I asked if I could leave at 5.45am to get my tunnel crossing, I was told NO firmly and that I had to park my van in the car park.
Food and service were poor quality, only acceptable if you are partial to a frozen battered fish and having tartare sauce thrown at you.
There was no toilet paper in the toilets and the water was cold in the showers.
I will definitely not be back.

I am surprised we couldn't find your booking, because with pitchup the booking is directly integrated to our system.
The booking couldn't be incorrect as the booking is done by you on pitchup. So i don't understand what you are talking about.
I don't think the tartare sauce was thrown at you.
The general conditions of sale into pitchup says there are no driving vehicules between 10 pm and 6 am. You asked about leaving the site earlier at 5:30 am, it was 9 pm. Even if you were told when you arrived that the gate would be closed at 6 am. I understand you could be upset about it, at least a chance you realized you wanted to leave early before the restaurant is closed.
When people come on the site they are happy when the calm is respected.
When we were told the was no more toilet paper, we replaced it right away.
I will check the heat of the water, but after 9 pm, the water is a little more cold, even very early on the morning, at it written on the board next to the toilets.
There is a panel at the entrance on which is it written that the reception is at the bar.
Sorry you had a bad experience.

Liked Location and pitch size great. Pizza restaurant at entrance to campsite excellent.

Disliked Toilets required more cleaning.
