All in all it was a positive experience.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Animals on site kept clean and tidy. They seem happy. Lush views. Our child loved it over there.
Disliked Could use a few more toilets as it can get busy when the site is full. Also, it was a long walk with a young child who just got potty trained to walk in the middle of the night for a wee wee. Maybe something to think to place a few more on the other side of the camp too.
Playground needs a serious look. Swings seemed dangerous.

Good site, facilities need improving
Powered grass tent campsite
Liked The field is a great place for kids to run around, clear view and small enough site that they can have a clear run, big pitches! We would come back if points below were addressed.
Excellent sausages in the on site breakfast.
Disliked Facilities are not in great condition, the campsite would benefit from an actual toilet block, they could all also do with a deep clean and some investment.
There were only 2 showers, one of which the temperature control was temperamental at best and the 2nd shower that temperature could be controlled was in a dirty plastic shed and got broken while we stayed. Toilets are not lockable by kids (by design) so a real lack of privacy for them.
When it was hot in the afternoons and evenings we could smell the compost toliets on the nearby glamping pitches.
Play park is tired and could do with maintenance, screws loose etc.
Some sharp screws in the back of the washing up area that I cut my arm on a couple of times which would be dangerous at head height for young kids.

A great campsite but showers and toilets need work.
Powered grass tent campsite
Liked The campsite was in a great location. Very peaceful and perfect for kids. The animals are fantastic. Pitch was nice and flat. The honesty shop was really handy.
Disliked The toilets and shower facilities weren’t the best. A proper shower block would make this campsite a 10/10.

Powered grass tent campsite
Liked Very helpful owners, excellent little shop with essentials and more, run on an honesty basis. Kids playground visible from every pitch around the field. Great washing up facilities, showers etc with piping hot water. Family friendly with lots of animals around the site to interest little ones.

Amazing campsite. Would use again.
Toad bell tent
Liked A great campsite. We stayed in the toad Bell tent. We loved the little kitchen that provided all the things you could need including food storage and a electric coolbox. The honesty shop was a good feature and we loved the animals. The showers/toilets were very clean.
Disliked Kids thought the playground needed updating.

Great stay, absolutely fantastic site, location and people
Bluebell Woodland power optional forest floor tent campsite (secluded)
Liked The pitch was big, the farm was great, my son loved the animals, the shop was well priced and the owners were so friendly and lovely and helpful.
Disliked Quite a few people came right down into the private pitch, coming right up to the tent and firepit when we were cooking and eating at times, had to tell them this was a private pitch, not sure what you can do about this and no ones fault, people were just curious.
