What customers say
Spacious pitches at this working farm are praised for their great location, friendly staff, and scenic views. Basic, dated but clean facilities and easy access to Llandudno are noted. Expect muddy areas and potential noise when busy.

Ok for one night but wouldn't spend any longer there.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Really cheap, the girl on reception was really helpful and friendly and there's great views plus it's close to the town. Perfect for one night.
Disliked I'd say the toilet block needs an upgrade. It's an old building and the facilities aren't great. It's a bit of a trek too in the middle of the night! Didn't even consider using the showers!
It also says no noise after 11 but this didn't seem to matter to my karaoke loving neighbours! As reception shuts at 7, I didn't see anyone around enforcing this.

Great if you like partying all night, not if you like sleep.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Ease of check-in. Local produce available. Working farm.
Disliked Partying campers playing music and shouting until at least 3am. Minimal sleep.

Location is fantastic, the second tent…
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Location is fantastic, the second tent pitch was spacious and quiet. Friendly staff and nice little cake shed and ‘essentials’ shed.
Disliked Facilities (toliets and showers) are extremely dark, no lights over the cubicles the ladies toilets so unless you have a torch you can’t see atall. Most of the toilet seats in both the men’s and women’s are coming off which is dangerous to slip off them. The taps were rusted and didn’t always work. Not very clean which obviously for a muddy campsite you expect, however they could have been cleaned more frequently. Didn’t get any Wifi on our pitch, it said it was too far out of reach.

The ease of just setting up…
Primitive grass campsite
Liked The ease of just setting up where felt right the cake stand and great views. Also very convenient for getting to different towns.
Disliked Toilet block and shower block are now looking a bit dated and could do with a make over

It's ok but would not return.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked The views and location
Disliked Having to walk through the working farm to get to shower block
Very dated toilets /showers and not that clean
We had a large group of bikers who were very noisy well into the morning so very little sleep.

Overall very good and well presented…
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Overall very good and well presented campsite. Would and will be visiting again
Disliked .Would benefit from and toilet block towards the bottom end of the site, (we stayed in the second field near the horses). Abit tricky having to go to the loo in the middle of the night after a few drinks. But overall enjoyed the stay and would and will visit again. Thank you

That you could pitch any where…
Primitive grass campsite
Liked That you could pitch any where on the no hook up camping pitch. The toilet were cleaned regularly and stocked with toilet paper. Staff were friendly .
There's a bus stop at the end of the street that takes you straight into Llandudno
Disliked The shower block was clean but could do with some up dating
The phone signal isn't great ( not the sites fault)

Great campsite at very good central…
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Great campsite at very good central location. Showers & toilets very clean. Friendly staff. Bus stop at end of road to get into Llandudno about 10 mins away.
2 huts by reception selling milk, bread, drinks & cakes Would definitely stay again

Location…
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Location
Disliked Really poor rules and enforcement, such a rowdy campsite and the facilities could do with modernisation.
Music blurring until 1-3 in the morning and arguments from certain pitches. Not very child friendly.
