- Facilities/activities including Hot tub and Sauna are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- Reception is unmanned after 4:30 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- Tents are not accepted at this park.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
- No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Loved the fairy woods.
Disliked Arrival time 2pm most sites we visit are 12 noon or 1pm
Departure time also early at 10am normally it 11am
The children's play area could have some more activities in it

Didn’t use hot tub or sauna but they looked great.
Disliked Internet signal wasn’t great and no WiFi which would have been handy for granddaughter to watch a film on iPad at bedtime.

Liked Fab stop off on the way to the Highlands. The site facilities were incredible and the kids loved the space to play football. We’d love to come back and stay longer.

Disliked We were charged £10 for a visitor stay, even though we were just here so my child could visit his friend who lives in the area.
