Likte Lovely quiet site with lots of nature all around. Beautiful woodland walks with a wee fairy trail too. Sunset was stunning! Showers and toilets exceptional. Appreciate the light in showers not going out in a short space of time and was able to wash my hair not being left in a dark 🤣 will definitely be going back. Thank you

Likte ikke Unable to use the kitchen facilities, outside kitchen sinks for campers was really dirty, like someone had washed boots or something in it, having to leave the pitch by 10.00, most sites are normally leaving by 11.30-12.00.

We apologise for the sink cleanliness during your visit, as this is not the standard we aim for and will be addressed moving forward.

Our 10am check-out allows our team time to prepare for arriving guests. Access to the kitchen and lounge is reserved for glamping guests, as communicated before arrival, and Wi-Fi is available in our main building.

We appreciate your comments and will make sure the sinks are checked periodiclly. We can't monitor out of hours and it is unfortunate that someone has used the sinks to clean their shoes.

Likte The feel of the site is lovely. The service was fantastic (above and beyond, helping me when my power wasn't working due to faults in my van)c communication wonderful and the site and facilities immaculate.

Likte Spacious well thought out pitches across the site with fantastic views. The site and facilities as a whole are absolutely spot on. Well maintained, organised and spotless.
We booked for one night and ended up coming back again the flowing night after traveling as it was so good.
Good communication from owners well in advance to arriving with evrythjng that we needed. We will be back

Fra bestyreren: We were surpised to read this review and the scores given in this review, as they do not align with the level of service and assistance provided during your stay.

In relation to customer service, we were happy to assist on several occasions, inclduing washing and drying laundry, thawing out frozen pipes with the extreme weather and helping with photocopying.

The washing and drying was quoted £20 for 2 loads for 2 x wash and 2 x dry. You asked us to just wash them for the £10, which we did but then as a gesture of goodwill we did the full service and dry them and fold them neatly for you too. You were so thrilled that we did this you asked was it ok if you gave a hug to thank us.

Cleanliness is something we take seriously. Shared toilet and shower facilities are checked regularly, and the wider site is checked daily, including throughout the holiday period. A cleanliness score of 1 does not reflect the standards or condition of the site we maintain here at Eden.

With regards to the photocopying; when asked about the cost for a single sheet, we ultimately provided this free of charge due to card payment minimums.

We don't understand why you didn't raise these concerns when you were on site and waited until now.

Wifi is accessible from the main building and shared areas. Due to our rural location, it does not extend fully to the pitches.

In terms of value for money, our pricing was increased for the first time in several years (after you stayed) to reflect on rising operational costs. We believe our rates remain fair and competitive for the location, facilities and level of service provided.

We welcome constructive feedback, but we are shocked that the scores given do not reflect your stay or the experiece offered at our site.

It is with regret that we write this but feel it was important to explain where we are coming from.

Likte The pitches were a good size and well spaced out . The view was fantastic All facilities were spotless . There is also a great wee swing park for the kids aswell as loads of walks . Reception staff were lovely .
