Likte The campsite is beautifully designed and very well maintained. The sanitary facilities and communal areas are modern, clean and of a high standard. We especially loved the campfire area, which created a fantastic atmosphere in the evening. The staff were friendly, and overall the site has a lot of charm. We would definitely consider staying again.

Likte ikke Communication could be improved. We were told we had to move from our original pitch if we wanted electricity, so we were relocated to a pitch directly beside the chemical toilet disposal area. Later that evening we returned to our original pitch and discovered that the electricity was working there after all, making the move unnecessary. We were also not informed that after 11:00 a.m. guests are no longer allowed to stay in the communal building for breakfast or to relax, which came as a surprise. Better communication at check-in would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points. During your stay an unexpected electrical fault affected both your pitch and a neighbouring pitch. As this occurred out of hours, our team worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While the fault was being investigated, we offered you an alternative pitch with electricity so that you were not left without power. Once the fault had been repaired, electricity was restored to your original pitch.

We also disagree with your comments regarding communication. Our check-in time of 2:00 pm, check-out time of 10:00 am, and the fact that the communal lounge and kitchen are reserved for guests staying in our on-site accommodation rather than touring caravans and motorhomes are all clearly stated in our booking confirmation, pre-arrival emails and text messages.

Throughout your stay our team did everything possible to assist you, including providing additional help beyond what would normally be expected. While we’re sorry an unexpected fault occurred, we are confident it was handled promptly and professionally.

Likte Great views, very responsive to messages, super clear directions. Was impressed with your other accommodations on site. Would be interested in staying in one of your pods at another time, they looked great!

Likte ikke It would have been good to have a small bench in the shower area to help with getting dressed. Having pegs is good but other campsites have had little benches and this has always been useful.

Thank you for your private feedback. We would love to be able to offer Wi-Fi to all of our touring pitches. However, extending coverage across the site would require a significant investment. Many of our touring guests now have their own Wi-Fi solutions in their caravans and motorhomes, so we’ve chosen to provide complimentary Wi-Fi in our main building instead. Having fibre installed there was a major milestone for us, as high-speed broadband wasn’t previously available in this area, and it took a long time to secure the connection. We appreciate your feedback and will keep improvements like this in mind for the future.

Thank you also for your suggestion. We do have a bench just outside the shower cubicles, but unfortunately it isn’t practical to install one inside due to the limited space available. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Eden Leisure Village again in the future.

Likte Convenient basic for camper vans no staff so not sure wether we were aware of all facilities we could use

Likte ikke Posh glamping site. pretty basic hard standing with plastic grass section for vans toilet and shower unit very upmarket but as far as we could make out just one unit. Very quiet and early season so difficult to make a fair assessment

We’re sorry to hear you felt unsure about the facilities available during your visit. Eden Leisure Village is a small site, and our reception team is on site daily from 9am to 5pm. We also send guests a pre-arrival email containing a site map, facility locations, and reception opening times, and we encourage guests to pop into reception if they have any questions or would like information about the site.

We’re pleased you found the site quiet and clean. We appreciate your comments regarding the touring pitch area and facilities, and we’ll continue looking at ways to make information clearer for guests, particularly those arriving later in the day.

Likte Amazing stay in a cosy glamping pod with the luxury of a tv, fridge and kettle… the pod is very spacious with beautiful views set in a peaceful location. We enjoyed the outdoor fire and park… The hot tub and sauna was an extra bonus… The girl on reception was lovely… I will definitely be back with my family, thank you for a lovely stay.
