What customers say
Guests love the campsite's natural setting, great location by a pub and beach, and excellent value. Facilities like hot showers, charging stations, and a communal kitchen with fridges are clean and well-kept. Some noted slugs and composting toilets, and a few had initial shower temp issues, now fixed. A peaceful, recommended getaway.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked We had a fantastic stay! The campsite is only around 20 minutes from the beach, and there’s a lovely pub just a 2-minute walk away, which was really convenient.
The manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even checking in with us by email after we’d arrived to make sure everything was okay. The pitch was a great size for our tent, and the campsite offered excellent value for money.
The facilities were clean and well maintained, with lovely hot showers, good amenities, and even a fridge for campers to use. We stayed in a tent and slept like babies!
Thank you for such a great stay—we’d happily come back and would definitely recommend it to others.

From the manager: Hello
Firstly, thank you fir your stay and pleased you enjoyed our comfortable tents.
I wanted to reach out and personally apologise as we do offer hot and cold showers. Guests relish using them. We were informed by a guest that they'd experienced cold water and we attended. And find the gas had run out, so immediately replaced it.
So again our sincere apologies.
Thank you again n for your custom, means a lot to our little family business.
Kind regards Jan
