Spot on
Power optional grass and gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Incredible quiet and laid back, the drive in is steep so be prepared and there is only one toilet and shower but thats no big problem quiet a few stunning walks from the site and the sun sets can be amazing from the site, food shops in crewkerne are really good as well as bridport but slightly further
Disliked Having to come home

Excellent value in a lovely location.
Power optional grass and gravel tent campsite
Liked Excellent value, very quiet and safe in a lovely location. Plenty of space for our large tent plus shelter - no pitch restrictions. Our dogs were happy, with a large field they could run free on.
Electricity was coin operated and we put in £4 when we arrived. After 4 full days of running a cooler box, kettle, cpap machine and charging phones we still had over £2.
Code-operated gate to enter keeps the site secure.
Nearby Beaminster is lovely (Greyhound > Red Lion) and we also enjoyed lunch and games at the lost shoe cafe. Litton Lake was fun for a hired paddleboard.
Disliked It's not a personal dislike, because I like simple camping and good value, but the wash facilities are basic. There was sometimes a queue for the single toilet and the handwash ran low, but this is a very small campsite and in general the washblock was adequate.

Relaxed, quiet site with stunning scenery. A good, simple base.
Power optional grass and gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Beautiful views all round. Lovely and quiet site. Dark skies and lots of stars. Relaxed atmosphere and owners. Safe and secure with locked gate. Great dog field. Great value. Within 30-40 minutes drive for great attractions and beautiful beaches in all directions. Toilet, shower and sink wash kept clean throughout day and evening. Lovely to watch the deers each evening on the fields opposite.
Disliked Only one toilet for whole site, so could be a bit of queue at times and if site busy

Liked Stayed here for two nights it was lovely and peaceful the owner Garry was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful! The site is aimed at people who enjoy nature and dont want loud music or people making lots of noise which was perfect for us! Shower and toilet and washing up area were kept nice and clean by the owners also!

Sit back & relax
Power optional grass and gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Liked the fact you just turn up & choose a pitch. What an amazingly peaceful, rural site. Just park up, unpack, set up, sit back & relax... Great views. Lovely friendly, chatty owners. Was great to hear about all the work they have done... & want to do. My only criticisms is the shower room could do with some more hanging places & a mat & also a mop to clean the shower & floor with after its been used... Loved our stay & willbe back.
Disliked Having to pack up & come home.
