What customers say
Guests love the prime location near Land's End/Sennen Cove, friendly staff, and great value. Families enjoy the pool and play areas. Facilities are usually clean, though some found them a bit old and mentioned occasional toilet paper shortages. Sites can be small and tight.

Liked Lovely little site. Exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Pitch size was just enough for a 6 man tent & a ford transit van. Our 10 year old loved using the pool even when it was raining. Lovely walk to Lands End, very close. We love exploring so Sea view was the perfect base. TJs, Games room and the play park was enough to keep us busy when we were on site.
Lands end had the drone & fire work show while we were staying. Great location to watch. Lovely views. We walked to Sennen Cove a few times, steep walk but easy enough.
Disliked The toilet/shower blocks are very dated. Kept as clean as possible but very much in need of an upgrade.

From the manager: Thank you so much, Helena, for your lovely review and for sharing your photos! 😊
We’re really pleased to hear that Seaview Holiday Park was exactly what you were looking for and that you enjoyed the spacious pitch, swimming pool and all the facilities around the park. It sounds like you made the most of the area, from walking to Land’s End and Sennen Cove to enjoying the fireworks and drone show!
It’s fantastic to hear your kind comments about our staff too — we’ll make sure the team sees your lovely feedback. We’re also glad that TJs, the games room and play park helped keep everyone entertained during your stay.
Thank you for your honest feedback regarding the toilet and shower blocks. We completely understand your comments and appreciate you mentioning this. We know these facilities are dated and improvements are something we are working towards.
It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and we’d love to welcome you and your family back to Seaview Holiday Park in the future! 🌊🏕️

Liked Location but not worth the money in the current state of the site
Disliked No hand soap in the toilets - this is a basic requirement. All them people
on site walking around not washing hands after using the toilets! Toilet block absolutely stunk to the point my son Refused to use these facilities.
Shower block and toilets dirty in my opinion needs knocking down and rebuilding. Nowhere to put shampoo, shower gel when showering. No sink in the shower block so have to clean your teeth in the shower.
Kids running round screaming until all hours which affected our sleep. Luckily we only stayed two nights.
Site looks very run down and needs a little money spending on it.
I would not return to this site which is a shame as the location was great. Overpriced in the current condition

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, Carrie. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly with the condition and cleanliness of our toilet and shower facilities.
We completely understand that having hand soap available is a basic expectation, and we apologise that this was not the case during your stay. We will be addressing this with our team. We’re also sorry to hear about the unpleasant smell and the cleanliness of the facilities, as this is certainly not the standard we want for our guests.
We appreciate your comments regarding the shower facilities and understand how frustrating it can be when there is nowhere convenient to place toiletries. Your feedback has been noted and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve the site.
Regarding noise from children, we’re sorry this affected your sleep. We do welcome families during the summer holidays, but we do expect guests to be considerate of others, particularly during the evening and overnight hours.
We’re pleased that you enjoyed our location, although we’re disappointed that the rest of your experience did not leave you feeling that the site offered good value for money. We are continually working on improvements across the park, and feedback such as yours helps us identify the areas that need attention.
Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we’re sorry we were unable to provide you with the experience you were hoping for.

Liked it was easy to find everything, a short ish walk to lands end.
Disliked the toilet block looked ok from the outside, but in side it looked very run down, the washing up sinks didnt drain properly. Only 1 of the loos had any soap dispenser.

We both liked the site but there are some opportunities.
Primitive grass campsite (large)
Liked Location of the site is great for walking to lands end, further to sennen beach along the coastal path. Cafe on site if needed. The section we were in was quiet during the night.
Disliked Some of the toilets had hand soap dispensers and some didn't along the block of 4. The main gents toilets didn't have any dispensers either. The toilets did seem to be rechecked regularly as paper towels seemed to be regularly replenished but at the same time rubbish was being left in there, in one of the cubicles for a few days.

From the manager: Thank you, Mark, for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really pleased to hear that you both enjoyed your stay and made the most of our fantastic location for walking to Land’s End and along the coastal path to Sennen Beach. It’s also great to hear that your area of the site was quiet at night.
Thank you for highlighting the issues with the hand soap dispensers and the rubbish in one of the toilet cubicles. We’re sorry that these things were missed. We do carry out regular checks of the toilet blocks, and your feedback is really helpful in making sure we are more thorough during these checks and that all dispensers are kept stocked and working.
We really appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you both back to Seaview Holiday Park in the future.

Perfect for the price and being so close to sennan cove/ minnack etc
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lovely little site, with everything you need, 20 min walk from lands end main entrance.
Toilets and showers were always clean.
Disliked Tent spaces are very small, next door neighbour had a 9 man, 3 section tent which was half way into our section so we had to leave the car in the middle bit/ isle.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your lovely review, Jade! We’re really pleased you enjoyed your stay and found our site clean and well-equipped. It’s great to hear you enjoyed our location too, with Land’s End and Sennen Cove so close by.
We’re sorry to hear that the pitch size caused some difficulty during your stay. Our tent pitches can vary in size, and we understand how frustrating it must have been when a neighbouring tent extended into your pitch and affected where you could park your car.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you and your family back to Seaview Holiday Park again in the future.

Liked The location is fantastic.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked The site felt over crowded with many pitches being taken up with large groups with many big vehicles.
The site was noisy late into the night on some nights, which did affect us trying to getting to sleep.
The facilities were old and some cubicles were broken, meaning it was busy for the numbers on the site.
