Liked NO SEA VIEW, I repeat, no sea view nowhere !! It is the reality !!
Toilets are not clean , even dirty, almost all the time

We would like to clarify that our large and standard grass pitches are not advertised as having a sea view, so we’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding this.

We also apologise that you found the toilet facilities unclean during your stay. This is certainly something we take seriously, and we will be following this up with our housekeeping team.

We’re pleased that you found the showers warm and that our location, just a short drive from Sennen Beach, was convenient for you.

Liked Friendly staff!!

Reception, bar staff and the gentleman running maintenance were all great. We only stayed one night as a stop off but was amazed by how great the staff treated us. We ate lunch in the bar area and used the pool. The facilities aren’t the most modern but the experience was great, thank you.

Liked Fantastic showers, location only a few kilometres from Lands End.

Disliked Very cramped even though I was only pitching a small hiking tent it was amongst cars, vans and family pitches - a little bit more separation for safety sake.

Disliked Toiletgebouwen waren overstroomd en niet schoon. Matrassen in het huisje boden niet veel comfort.

Liked Friendly staff, good communication ahead of the trip

Disliked Serious hygiene issues. Toilets had plumbing issues and missing handsoap and toilet paper. Showers also filthy unless it was first thing in the morning. The entire site looked very tired and run down, which is a shame.

We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to find missing essentials such as hand soap and toilet paper, as well as cleanliness and plumbing issues. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will be raising these points with our cleaning and maintenance teams.

We’re also sorry that you felt the site was tired and run down. We are continuing to work on improvements across the park, and feedback such as yours helps us identify the areas that need the most attention.

Liked Staff are lovely, the children’s park is a nice addition and nearer the tents so more accessible and safer and the indoor play area and bar/food area is fab, don’t remember that being there on our last visit two years ago
