  • Family-friendly park within walking distance of Sennen Cove
  • A mile from Land's End with many spectacular beaches nearby
  • Terraced layout with views of the south coast
Have you ever had the sand between your toes at Cornwall's spectacular Sennen Cove? If not, sort your next south-west holiday here forthwith, for this is one of the prettiest beaches in Cornwall (and that's surely saying something). Set within a mile's walk of the cove is Seaview Holiday Park, a family-friendly site well placed for exploring yet more pretty beaches, as well as top Cornish attractions like St Ives (35 minutes' drive), St Michael's Mount (25 minutes) and the Minack Theatre (10 minutes). The site's terraced layout allows for separate areas for families and couples or solo travellers, all with stunning views towards the south coast. And it's not just the outlook that's stunning – fix your gaze closer, and you'll note a nice collection of facilities on site, too. For days when that 20-minute stroll to the beach just seems way too much, there's an outdoor pool (not heated) open during high season for swims. Amenities include basic toilet and shower facilities, drinking water, chemical disposal and a launderette.

What customers say

Great location near Land's End and Sennen Cove, perfect for coastal walks. Friendly staff and popular pool/cafe. However, restroom facilities are often noted as dated, needing repair, and lacking supplies. Some pitches are small and close together.

Liked Our pitch was good, hedged for privacy as the largest available for us. The location was good though and walkable to sennen (30 apparently) or lands end (20 minutes) Nanjizal in about 50 minutes beautiful coast walk . We have a dog so went to gwynver instead of sennen which is beautiful as well.

Disliked The toilets were a bit dated and only 5 so I'm not sure how this copes in a busy summer time. The showers were push button and temperature swung randomly between hot and very cold which in a small cubicle is hard to hide from. We had 2 incredibly hot days staying in the campsite and would love to have used the pool which was a factor in booking it. Sadly it wasn't open due to it having a fault. It happens but was bad timing and really disappointing in that heat.
Only 2 working washing up sinks, one of which was blocked for the duration so again, not enough facilities really for a busy site. Luckily it wasn't all that busy.

Liked Great layout of the site, was easy to navigate around. Toilets and showers excellent. Overall great value for money.

Disliked Not all toilets were available due to some being shut off so a small queue to use in the morning- but this could be due to the time of year we visited!

We’re so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the site layout, found everything easy to navigate, and that our team helped make your visit a positive one. It’s also great to know you found the facilities to a high standard and felt your stay was good value for money.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the toilets. Some facilities were temporarily unavailable during your stay as part of our seasonal opening schedule, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused during busier times in the morning.

Liked The proximity to Land’s End & the pub up the road.

Disliked Pitch we were allocated very open to the element & very little space either side of the van.
Toilets & showers in desperate need of upgrading. I was standing in ‘fluid’ when I went to the toilet and two of the four showers seemed to be permanently locked.

Local attractions

Smashing Sennen Cove is one of the most famed beaches in Cornwall, for its spectacular setting as well as its surfing. Shops, pubs and artsy galleries are around the harbour; if you're feeling energetic, climb the Pedn-men-du promontory from here or hike the 11.7 mile section of the South West Coast Path from Sennen Cove to Lamorna. The Land's End Visitor Centre is also within a mile of Seaview (a pic taken at the famed Land's End signpost is obligatory) and if you're up for teeing off in spectacular surrounds, Cape Cornwall Golf Club is within five miles. Of a summer evening, pootle along to a show at the clifftop Minack Theatre, a three-mile drive away, or have a tour of it all at any time of year. A couple of mighty famed must-sees are within driving distance: the tiny tidal island of St Michael's Mount 12 miles away, which you can walk to at low tide or take the boat when the waves are in, and the pretty arty town of St Ives 15 miles from base, home to Tate St Ives. Kids will be in heaven at Paradise Park (20 miles) and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary (30 miles); further afield but well worth the trip is the lush Eden Project, 55 miles away.
