Me gustó Fantastic showers, location only a few kilometres from Lands End.

No me gustó Very cramped even though I was only pitching a small hiking tent it was amongst cars, vans and family pitches - a little bit more separation for safety sake.

Me gustó Lovely location and very close to Land’s End, which made it a great base for exploring the area. It was also handy having a pub nearby for meals.

I was pleasantly surprised by the toilet and shower facilities — with only four blocks, I expected them to be very busy, but we never had to queue or fight for a shower. Overall, the cleanliness wasn’t too bad considering how many people were using the facilities.

It was also a nice touch that the site was able to provide table tennis bats and balls, which gave us something extra to do during our stay.

No me gustó The pitches felt a little tight, particularly towards the end of our stay when several new tents and caravans were placed next to us. Parking could also be quite manic, as people parked directly by their tents and it made getting cars in and out difficult

Most of the other issues were unfortunately down to other guests rather than the site itself. There was quite a lot of noise from children, although this is understandable during the summer holidays. There were also a few occasions where people were playing music after the site’s curfew, which was frustrating and led to some drama between guests. Perhaps a little more enforcement of the noise rules could help with this in future.

The drinking water had quite a strong chlorine and slightly metallic taste. We did try running the tap for a while to see if it improved, but unfortunately it still wasn’t particularly pleasant, so we opted to buy bottled water instead. This may be something worth looking into for future guests.

Me gustó The park itself is spotless, well laid out. My Grandson loved play area and pool. All staff are friendly. Well kept greenery and the views are lovely.

No me gustó Showers and toilets need knocking down and starting again. So bad, I have no idea why these havent been totally updated.

Me gustó The fields and rural setting, the plants and granite, soft play and pool, walk to Sennen beach and to the Spar. Fairly priced.

No me gustó Toilets and washing up facilities quite tired and soap in the toilets would be good. Quite small pitches. Very noisy with lots of barking dogs and drunk youngsters.

Me gustó One of the best campsites we’ve ever been to! Great value for money. The facilities are excellent, unlimited hot water in the showers and a clean swimming pool that was a huge plus. We loved the area; the nearby beaches are truly paradise. We had a wonderful holiday and are already planning to come back next year! ☀️
