Liked: Friendly staff Good facilities Nice location We had a good stay

Disliked: Toilets not always well stocked and showers could be provided with mops for guests to help clean the floors- but all fine and good. Some guests were noisy and rude but no fault of the holiday park.

Liked: Close to Sennen beach and Lands End, 5 mins walk to local pub which is very popular, staff were friendly and helpful, pitches were tidy and level

Disliked: Site looks very tired, exterior of a number caravans in need of cleaning (doesn't give for a good first impression), showers and toilets very tired

The ones shown in your photos are indeed the alternative facilities provided when the renovated toilets and showers are busy. These blocks are thoroughly deep cleaned twice daily and are regularly restocked with essential supplies to ensure hygiene and convenience for our visitors. We have suddenly been thrown into the busy season the last couple of days and are trying are best to give the best experience to our guest we take your feedback on board and hope to welcome you on park in the near future We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and thank you for your valuable feedback. Liked: Whilst the sites facilities are showing its age in places there is no knocking the fact it is clean and quiet.

Disliked: Nothing really it is what it is. If you want to go somewhere with an entertainment in the evenings then not a place for you. If you want a good size pitch, with a clean warm shower. Then maybe it is.

Disliked: Park run down Facilties were disgusting and in disrepair Bins over flowing with birds catering rubbish everywhere Kids park not maintained over grown bits broken Toilets never filled with toilet roll or cleaning products to be told they get cleaned and topped up once a week Onsite pool shut at 5pm yet it's unmanned I would not recommend this park at all

Due to a scheduling issue, our bin collection service did not arrive on the designated day. However, we promptly responded by adding two additional red bins later that evening to manage the overflow. We are currently working with our waste management provider to ensure this does not happen again. Our outdoor pool is equipped with CCTV surveillance throughout the day until reception closes at 5:30 PM. This measure ensures the safety of our guests, as the pool is unmanned, and immediate assistance can be provided in case of emergencies. As for the play park, we conducted a thorough inspection and removal of any unsafe equipment at the beginning of the year. Following your feedback, we have rechecked the play area, and it appears to be in good condition. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide more details about the specific issues you encountered so that we can address them promptly. Disliked: Pitches a bit overgrown, toilet block was full of spiders, snails and bugs, I know its camping but doesn't take much to keep the toilets clear.

Liked: Facilities were excellent and the actual pitch area nice and secluded. Lots of green bushes and trees rather than just being on a field. Kids play area and the swimming pool for the hotter days also a bonus. We loved the place and would be looking forward to stay here again 😀 Shop near by also a big plus.

Liked: I stayed with my 3 young children. We had a tent pitch the site was So clean! The toilets and showers were spotless, the view was beautiful and the staff lovely.
