We loved it!
Robin powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked We loved our short stay here!
Pitches are very spacious on nice flat/even ground.
Great little dog walking area.
Toilets and showers are spotless.
Right next door to a cute little farm shop and cafe.
Very helpful lady who greeted us.
Can’t wait to return and it’s a bonus that this place is only 30 mins away from us.
Disliked Only thing we would have changed was the electric, tripped only if we boiled a kettle but we just used a pan instead. We was advised this is being upgraded and I think it will make the place perfect once complete.

Cheaper than most, but withvreason.
Fox powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Well kept hard standing & grass areas. Adjacent to a nice cafe/farm shop.
Good area set aside for dog walking. Though, siting camping down there would be more peaceful than right next to the road.
Disliked Only 2 toilets & 3 showers each (male/female) for what is quite a big site. No doubt an issue in high season. They're in dire need of updating. Though the ceramics are kept clean, the shed that houses them has cobwebs older than me. The showers only have a curtain, so little privacy.
Though booked for EHU, the rules state to use your own gas for heating, which is something I've not encountered before.
Also, the site is next to a fairly busy road, so traffic noise is an issue.

I would be happy to recommend this site after toilet upgrade.
Hawk powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked Security, with locked gates entrance.
Pitch spaces were spacious and the site had a nice wide open feel. It being mid May the site was not fully booked. But with the number of pitches available, I think it would still feel spacious.
The site manager was very warm, welcoming, easy going and helpful.
Disliked The only thing would be perhaps the toilets and their cubicles. They were kept clean and as tidy as they could be, so no reflection on the staff there. But now in need of refurbishment.
I understood the electric was being looked at because of not powerful enough to run certain electrical items at your pitch. It does need upgrading as it trips if you have 2 items on at same time.
