Peaceful, spacious site with great views & easy access to villages. Well-spaced, flat pitches. Friendly owner shares local tips. Basic facilities (water, clean portaloo). Some noted no bins. Excellent value, highly recommended.

Liked Anthony (host) was very helpful & pitches were large & flat. Bus to and from Hebden Bridge quite regular & local village pub was good & only 2 mins walk.

Don't go, I want the place all to myself!
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked This is a lovely site, in a fab bit of the world, with stunning views of the dales. It is very nicely laid out, with trimmed roadways and pitch up areas, which are nicely spaced out and not too close together. The site owner is a very friendly chap, who will give you the points of interest of the local area. It is a no frills site, which suits me, as I am fully self sufficient, but there is a portaloo and a waterpoint for fresh water.
Disliked Absolutely nothing. Its a lovely place.

Liked Spacious site. Friendly owner. Great location.
Better than expected site. Previous reviews state there are no toilets but this is not the case anymore, there is a single porta loo along with a tap for water.

Exactly as described! It felt like wild camping which we love!
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked The area is brilliant! Lots of walks and not far to walk into Hebdon Bridge! Some nice trails to explore and the old church was great! We liked a visit to the local pub and we walked the long way round back to camp site. The streets look great lit up with old street lights
