- The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
- Units longer than 6 metres are not allowed.

Quiet and peaceful, great location for exploring Kielder. Facilities were clean , hot showers, Bar and cafe.
Disliked Absolutely nothing to do with the owners but first night the midges took the edge off a fantastic weekend.

Liked Stayed for one night, loved the location, incredibly peaceful even with an onsight bar!
A number of pitch options and the site is quite sprawling so you dont feel you are on top of each other.
On site cafe and bar looked great although we didn't use on this occasion.
Toilet and shower facilities warm and very clean.
Would definitely recommend.

Liked Hosts are friendly and welcoming. Relaxing site where we could choose our pitch. Clean and warm toilet/shower facilities and hot showers. Nice pint of cider in the bar 😁
