Ash bell tent (six person)
Liked The site was lovely and peaceful. We stayed in one of the Bell tents which was great. The site is great for children, open field to play in, felt safe and secure. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Loved the option of using the vending machines for eggs, milk, milk shakes and hot drinks. The kids loved the chickens that roamed around. The site is in a great location for accessing Whitby, Sandsend and other local attractions. The site was a nice size.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Clean facilities, the cheeky chickens, milk and sandwich vending machines, friendly owner, fire pit hire, great spacing between pitches, convenient location for off-site activities.
Disliked Only one shower per female/male block which felt a bit limited on busy days. Unisex toilets - make one female and one male please 🩷
