What customers say
This adults-only campground features roomy, level sites with hookups and water. Clean, modern facilities, especially the showers, are well-regarded. The barn has a popular cafe, farm shop, and boutiques. It's a peaceful rural spot for exploring the Broads and Norwich, with good transit. Small toilet sinks and occasional Wi-Fi glitches were noted.

Liked Nice and quiet, adult only site at a reasonable cost. Toilets and showers modern and clean
Disliked Lots of wasps but that time if year lol

It's a farm shop with a campsite add on, that hopefully will improve.

Liked Reasonable location on a 1 an hour bus route to Norwich.
Disliked Lack of tourist and travel information, no reception to check in, left to get on with it and find things for ourselves. On a flight path. We arrived at 1610 and found the farm shop closed at 1530, so we could not purchase local produce. Facilities are clean and modern, but there are not enough. There is a disabled toilet but no disabled shower. No wifi.

Liked One of the best toilets and shower block you will possibly see on a camp site. Also excellent cafe on site with a variety of other shops. Easy access to Norwich by bus.
Disliked We very often have our grandchild with us so would limit our use of this adult only site.

The focus seems to be on the farm shops rather than the campsite

Liked Good sized pitches on a clean campsite. Handy having a cafe and farm shop on site. Good location for the Broads
Disliked The wash facilities although spotless were somewhat inadequate. There need to be more of them and they need to give a thought as to how you wash yourself in a tiny wash basin.

Liked The whole site is lovely with the showers and toilets in the barn which were kept very clean. We only had a 2 night stay so was very nice having the café there on Sunday morning once we'd packed everything away to go and have a very lovely breakfast.
