The perfect campsite
Dingle View bell tent
Liked If we were setting up a campsite this is exactly how to do it! The layout is the best of any site we have been to, pitches spread out, and the variety of areas means there's something for everyone. Drinking coffee in the morning watching the hundreds of goldfinch amongst the thistles was magical. Composting toilets aren't for everyone but these were the cleanest we have used and alway stocked up with everything you need.
As for the bell tent itself it was spotless, had everything we could have needed and has beautiful views! The double bed was so comfortable and the log burner just made the whole experience.
The honesty shop on site is handy and the owners daughter has even set up a little shop for the kids which is a fantastic idea! My youngest enjoyed the mystery box's :)
Disliked Not a dislike as such but my boys missed their airbeds so when we hopefully return we would bring those instead of using the camp beds in the bell tent.

The Brambles bell tent
Liked Absolutely beautiful location, so peaceful. We stayed in one of the bell tents which had pretty much everything you could need. Children loved it! Plenty of room to run around! Owners lovely and honesty shop a great idea! A perfect escape if you want some peace and to get back to nature! We saw so many different birds and deer plus fell asleep every night listening to the owls hooting. Highlight for the children was of course roasting marshmallows over the fire pit!

A lovely, well maintained and peaceful site
The Bottom Pitch primitive grass tent campsite (secluded)
Liked Beautiful location and a really well maintained site with lovely clean facilities. It's a really peaceful site with a lovely feeling of space and openness which we really appreciated. The owners were really friendly and the wheelbarrows are a nice touch which means not being able to take your car to the pitch isn't a big deal.
Disliked Nothing

Liked Fantastyczne miejsce na rodzinny camping. 2 duże pola campingowe. Dużo przestrzeni dla dzieci. Gospodarze bardzo pracowici, uprzejmi, nie czepiali się, że było za głośno. Polecam to miejsce.

From the manager: Hi Beata, Thanks for the review. We're glad you had a great time and that you would recommend us. In your google review you also mentioned 'perfect' more than once - so we are a little surprised and disappointed with the low score out of 10 - the lowest we have ever received? We're keen to know (as you have made no mention of any problems, faults or dislikes), what more could we have done or what can we improve upon to have gained and 8, 9 or even 10/10? We appreciate your feedback.
Worcestershire's best kept secret
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Beautiful views, really quiet, kids able to run about and burn off steam. Loads of nature to explore. Owners lovely, really welcoming and friendly. Facilities kept pretty much spotless. Honesty shop well-stocked and a real bonus.
Disliked Our 5 year old took a few days to get used to the composting toilet.

From the manager: Thank you for the review. It is great to see the children enjoying the (car-free) freedom and safety of our little site.
We take pride in our composting toilets and as a camper myself have experienced some right shockers on other sites over the years, I believe that ours are some of the best, and we like to make sure they are clean and inviting. I overheard your little girl talking about the colour of the composting bin one of the days - I had removed the full red bin and replaced with a clean black one.. she wanted the red bin back! Apologies if this meant she took longer to get used to it again..
We hope to see you all again next year. :)

Nearly Wild primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lovely tranquil site with lots of space to find a pitch in the lower section (the wild side). There were few enough tents that it almost felt like you were camping on your own. The wooded areas were great for the children to explore and investigate.
The facilities were just what was needed and clean.

From the manager: Thanks for the review. The 'wild-ish side' is so beautiful, and my favourite part of the site - I even camp down there myself sometimes.
Excellent site
Nearly Wild primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Everything about this place! If I could give a 10 star review I could. We firstly turned up and quickly remembered we had left our tent poles at home 2 hours away. Simon jumped to the rescue and so kindly lent us a tent that he had for the weekend so we had somewhere to sleep. We had the whole wild camping pitch to ourselves where the views were breath taking. It really felt like we were actually wild camping as you couldn’t see another person, another light or anything. We went on a walk out of the back of the site where we found a river you could swim in.
Shower was lovely and warm and clean and the facilities were great. There is even an honestly shop where you can purchase essentials which was helpful when we ran out of wood! And they even have wheelbarrows to use to cart your stuff around everywhere.
We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for the lovely stay

From the manager: Thanks Jessica. Hope to see you all again sometime.
