This peaceful, spacious farm campsite has friendly owners. Guests love animal interactions (especially goats!) & goat yoga. Facilities are clean & adequate, though showers use 50¢ coins. Some want recycling & freezer options. Great rural feel near attractions.

We would definitely use this site again. Plenty of space between tents
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lovely little site and we dropped lucky with the weather and lovely other campers so very quiet night. A relaxed greeting and a quick set up meant we were off to the local for a lovely tea as recommended the the site. Just right.
Disliked The toilets were clean enough for a campsite and we were forwarned by other reviews it's 50p for a shower which is a bit fiddly when getting changed and then putting coins in as the count down starts as soon as coin goes in but the coin machine is outside the cubicle. A few of the cubicles were without toilet paper in both men's and women and the cubicles for toilets and showers are a bit tight for grownups, especially taller people.

The peace and quiet at Owl Barn Farm will soothe your soul.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked I loved the peace and quiet, the field was wild and spacious and there were goats roaming about and a horse and pony nearby. At night you could hear an owl calling. The setting was beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly and just really accommodating. It was just a short drive to lots of lovely places to visit, a fabulous location. There was also goat yoga which was really good fun.
Disliked The shower and toilet block was quite primitive and you need 50p coins to use the shower itself but it was functional and clean bath mats were provided.

Excellent location, needs i) recycling bin ii) 50p contactless
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Location - peaceful
Disliked Rubbish - no recycling option - “green” bin
Shower - 50p coin - prefer contactless payment or cost of shower built into the price.
Roosters - Men’s toilets ok - could do with lime or citrus freshener for loos/urinals & sinks/shelves given a wipe over & freshen up.
