What customers say
A chilled, countryside spot with big, neat sites. Folks loved the lekker hosts and cute farm critters, especially the goats. Ablutions are clean and basic, showers take 50p. Great for seeing the sights. Could do with better recycling and signs, though.

Would really recommend and I hope we will visit again
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked The peaceful well kept site
The friendly and helpful owners
The facilities (loos and dishwashing) are simple but do the job, feels just like camping used to
The goats and horses
Excellent value for money
Disliked Lack of bin for recycling (obviously we couldn’t take recycling home but it would have been handy not to)

Liked Nice big site with plenty of space to pitch up.
Disliked Showers were 50p per use, slightly annoying as we had no 50p coins so had to go and get some. Not great showers either, small enclosure and the water temperature fluctuates.
