Great choice for a short break, but better off being self sufficient
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Good size pitches. Easy checknin and out. Lovely grounds on site to have a short walk around. Nice lake with wildlife.
Disliked A few of the benches around the lake had seen better day. You have to walk on road 1.5m to Fringford for the nearest pub. Nice pub though 👌

Excellent, friendly site.
Camping pod (four person)
Liked Stayed in a pod, was clean and functional. Only equipped with a light and a heater, so need to take everything else you need. Toilets and showers clean and plenty of hot water. Site well kept and beautiful lake side walking. Made very welcome by Sophie .
Disliked Nothing about the site itself, but it is a little way from amenities

Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely flat pitch. Enclosed dog walk on site and also large fishing lake to walk around. People seemed to be enjoying fishing or just walking round the lake.
Disliked No chair or stool in shower to put clothes on and the family room shower curtain didnt keep water on the shower tray - the floor ended up soaking. Again no stool to put dry clothes on.

Clean facilities, friendly and welcoming staff, a relaxing stay
Camping pod (four person)
Liked The receptionist was lovely, she explained everything to us and showed us to our pod. The pod was spacious enough for the two of us. It was very peaceful in a lovely location. The toilets were spotless and as a disabled individual I was very happy with the disabled toilet which was available.
Disliked Happy with everything

Very nice site with clean facilities.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Clean facilities and plenty of toilets and showers. Lady who welcomed us was very friendly.
The shower block in the Rally field is more modern and spacious but even the reception facilities are okay and were always clean.
Great space with a small dog walk area in one corner which is great for an early morning or late evening walk.
Tesco extra a short drive away for any forgotten essentials.
Disliked Owner/wardens dog was off lead and wandering unattended. We also have a dog and expected all dogs to be on lead and supervised. Would visit again but would request to not be in the first field of pitches.
