What customers say
This small, well-kept site behind The Thames Head Inn has level, mostly gravel pitches with electric. Guests love the attached pub's great food and friendly staff. It's ideal for exploring the Cotswolds and walking to the Thames' source. Limited facilities, including one toilet/shower, are noted.

Good site, I stay here frequently when visiting family.
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite (large)
Liked Convenient location for my needs, very clean and well looked after site, restaurant available nearby.
Disliked Unable to drive over a grey waste disposal drain in motorhome.
There were Limited country side, sunrise and sunset views as the site was surrounded by some tall hedges and trees.

Lovely spacious pitch, campsite was kept…
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite (large)
Liked Lovely spacious pitch, campsite was kept clean and well maintained by owners, picnic tables were provided, lovely touch. One toilet and shower provided if needed, always available when we visited, didn’t have to queue. Large bin near entrance for rubbish, lovely walks from the pub.
Disliked Only one draw back was the location of our pitch as it was next to a very busy road which was noisy

A pleasant site with limitations. However we would stay here again
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite (large)
Liked Friendly welcome. Open, well laid out and well kept site.
Disliked The single toilet and shower combined, whilst very clean, seemed inadequate for the number of units, especially at peak times.
The fresh water tap was set back about 8 metres from the gravel road. Without a long hose, which we don’t have, it wasn’t possible to fill our on board water tank.

Disliked Limited toilet facilities but not an issue because we have services on board.

Lovely site with great pub onsite
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite (large)
Liked Lots of space on the pitches, grounds kept nice and hook up all worked well. Toilet and shower always clean. Pub served great food with huge portions
Disliked Only one shower and toilet in same room meant if someone was having a shower facilities were busy for some time. Not a big issue and did use pub toilets when they were open. You can hear the road and train limit not an issue for us

Great location in the Cotswolds.
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite (large)
Liked Great location. Close to Cirencester, Tetbury, and Bibury. The pub was great for food and a drink. There are some great walks close direct from the camping site.
Disliked There was only one showers and toilet a available for the campsite, but this was not too much of an issue, but could be improved with more showers and toilets.
