If you haven’t got a set of wheels or can’t face the hassle of driving, it can be tricky to go off the beaten track. Outdoor accommodation specialist Pitchup.com has come up with a simple solution. They have sourced three sites close to the UK’s best public transport links, yet in relaxing rural locations, meaning you can leave the car behind and still enjoy the fun of the country.

Riverside Caravan Park – Stratford-upon-Avon, from £7.08pppn
