Liked This is a quiet, beautiful, clean site and it had everything we needed. It had walks around the ground and a lovely cafe next door next to the lake. The showers and toilets were all great too. We would happily recommend this site.

Liked Clean facilities, clean pod and friendly staff on reception

Disliked Awful night sleep. Booked a pod. Mattress was terrible (probably can’t even call it a mattress)
I do understand it. It’s has to be able to be cleaned easier so leather makes sense. Also if it was an actually mattress I wouldn’t have liked that either. Wouldn’t have been clean.

I suggest making this very clear in the description. It says bed linen not available. Linen would not have helped. I suggest either a mattress topper (still not the best with it. I bought 2)
Or a blow up bed on top

Also paid £138. Seems like a lot, but never booked this sort of thing before so unsure about pricing

Liked Beautifully laid out which meant each pitch seemed private, lots of room and really tranquil, peaceful and calm. Toilets were very clean, showers also very good.

Disliked Email with check in information was not received yet got all other info, and then had to wait until they sent the wifi for the kids..... would be great if info pack could be sent with welcome email (which I did get).

We send two separate emails: a welcome email containing all the details about your booking, and, for guests arriving after 5pm, an out-of-hours (OOH) arrival email. The OOH email is designed to direct guests back to their original arrival email for their specific booking and check-in details, rather than repeating all the information.

Liked Pleasant location.

Disliked Very limited space for the large number of residents that appear permanent with up to 3 cars parked on a small plot. Clearly residents park their service vehicles as well as their cars. This made manoeuvring on and off my small pitch more difficult than it should have been.

Liked Very peaceful site with lovely walks, would definitely recommend and will be returning soon.
Pub is a 15-20 walk away there is a few minutes on the 9 mile ride rd and then it’s all rural.

Disliked My showers in the male bathroom were either poor pressure or required the button pressing every 2 seconds, but these were a minor inconvenience.
