Price Match Guarantee

We want you to book with confidence. If, at the time you make your booking with us, you find the same campsite available elsewhere at a lower publicly available price, you will receive a refund for the difference.

What qualifies?

To be eligible for a Price Match Guarantee:

  • The lower price must have been publicly available to everyone at the time you made your booking with us.

  • It must be for the exact same campsite, accommodation or pitch type, travel dates, number of guests, currency and booking conditions (including cancellation terms and any extras).

  • The lower price must have been available to book at the time you completed your booking with us.

  • We must be able to verify the lower price when we review your claim.

What's not covered?

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Member-only or closed-user group prices, including subscriber, employee, corporate or association discounts.

  • Discounts offered to specific groups of people, such as seniors, students, children, residents, military personnel or other targeted promotions.

  • Loyalty programme or rewards member rates.

  • Prices that require a voucher, promotional code, coupon, cashback offer or gift card.

  • Personalised offers, invitation-only deals or flash sales that are not available to everyone.

  • Package deals that include other products or services.

  • Bookings for campsites located in Austria, Italy, Belgium or Portugal.

How to claim

If you find a lower eligible price, simply complete this form after you've completed your booking.

We will require:

  • Your booking reference.

  • A link to the lower-priced offer (or other information that allows us to verify it).

  • Any other information we reasonably request to assess your claim.

We'll review your request and, if your claim meets the conditions of this policy, you will receive a refund for the difference between the price you paid and the eligible lower price.

Important

Claims are assessed based on the price that was publicly available at the time you made your booking. Later price reductions, temporary promotions, or changes to prices after your booking was completed are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to verify all claims and to decline a request if the lower price cannot be verified or does not meet the terms of this Price Match Guarantee.
