Μου άρεσε Nice park well kept ,toilets were clean except one occasion when there was excrement on toilet cubicle wall ,this is not the parks fault ,this is guests fault. showers were clean and hot.
A 40 minute pleasent walk to the beautiful beach at coldingham bay

Δεν μου άρεσε This is not a dislike just an observation (should invest in soft close toilet doors as they were very noisy when closing this would be annoying if your pitch was near toilets )

Μου άρεσε Site and facilities very clean. The receptionist was so lovely and made check in super easy. Site had lots of amenities.

Δεν μου άρεσε We were on a pitch right behind a shortcut people take through the trees so we had A LOT of people with children walking on our pitch! Lots of children taking bikes also. Maybe to and from the park but it really bothered us. Avoid pitch 28

We’re sorry to hear about the amount of foot traffic you experienced around your pitch. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have people and children regularly passing through your pitch area, particularly when you were hoping to relax and enjoy your stay.

Δεν μου άρεσε Asked for a pitch next to toilet block due to my disability, was advised no , 3 times I called asking this and put it in the pitch up comments when booking , was advised that I should have booked direct, would have helped, I was put at the top of the park, doesn’t look much but it has a incline more so when you have a disability, and the best of it was the pitch next to toilet block and two or three next to it we’re not used all week !!!,

Μου άρεσε You can see a genuine effort to be 100% customer focussed. I made a point in my last review about the state of the toilets and suggested that toilet brushes would help those responsible visitors clean up. I noticed the provision of toilet brushes which was a marked improvement. However the Site staff can’t change the bad behaviour of some visitors sadly and I often found the toilets in a disgusting state. I never left them like that and made sure the loo was fit for the next person to use unlike the state I often found them in. Well done CBLP. Great effort and ground staff do a great job.

Μου άρεσε Not a lot about thr site, although perfectly placed for local visits and attractions

Δεν μου άρεσε This site seems more of an afterthought thrown in besides the large static site. It's on a gradient ( although not severe) so most vans / caravans will need levelling up. The gents amenities very clean and modern although only 2 showers and 2 stiles, plenty of basins though. No fences / bushes or other to define your actual pitch area , minimum I would expect is ground markers ,we actually had people in the pitch behind up against the back of our van in their camping chairs and 2 dogs chatting and drinking til 1 in the morning ! I'm not a killjoy but we were due off the pitch the next morning and wanted an early ish night. Oh.... and one of their cute little doggies left me a present on the grass behind my van 🤔. Oh and beware , they have WiFi, but you have to pay a fiver a day !

We're sorry to hear that other guests' behaviour affected your stay. We expect all visitors to be considerate of those around them, particularly during the quieter evening hours, and we're disappointed this wasn't your experience.

We also appreciate your comments regarding pitch definition and levelling. As our touring area is on gently sloping ground, some guests may find levelling blocks helpful, and your feedback about clearer pitch boundaries has been noted and will be considered as we continue to improve the site.

Regarding Wi-Fi, we appreciate that this may not suit everyone's expectations. We aim to be transparent about any additional charges before booking.

Μου άρεσε The site itself is very good. Clean shower areas and toilet facilities kept very clean apart from a huge dead spider in the paper towel dispenser in the ladies for 4 days, food in the restaurant is lovely and the staff very friendly.

Δεν μου άρεσε We were put on a pitch under trees which made the stay not great the weather was lovely but when you're in the shade under tree's It can be chilly, other pitches opposite us were free the whole time in beautiful sun shine
