Ik was blij met Site and facilities very clean. The receptionist was so lovely and made check in super easy. Site had lots of amenities.

Ik was niet blij met We were on a pitch right behind a shortcut people take through the trees so we had A LOT of people with children walking on our pitch! Lots of children taking bikes also. Maybe to and from the park but it really bothered us. Avoid pitch 28

We’re sorry to hear about the amount of foot traffic you experienced around your pitch. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have people and children regularly passing through your pitch area, particularly when you were hoping to relax and enjoy your stay.

Ik was niet blij met Asked for a pitch next to toilet block due to my disability, was advised no , 3 times I called asking this and put it in the pitch up comments when booking , was advised that I should have booked direct, would have helped, I was put at the top of the park, doesn’t look much but it has a incline more so when you have a disability, and the best of it was the pitch next to toilet block and two or three next to it we’re not used all week !!!,

Ik was blij met You can see a genuine effort to be 100% customer focussed. I made a point in my last review about the state of the toilets and suggested that toilet brushes would help those responsible visitors clean up. I noticed the provision of toilet brushes which was a marked improvement. However the Site staff can’t change the bad behaviour of some visitors sadly and I often found the toilets in a disgusting state. I never left them like that and made sure the loo was fit for the next person to use unlike the state I often found them in. Well done CBLP. Great effort and ground staff do a great job.

Ik was blij met Not a lot about thr site, although perfectly placed for local visits and attractions

Ik was niet blij met This site seems more of an afterthought thrown in besides the large static site. It's on a gradient ( although not severe) so most vans / caravans will need levelling up. The gents amenities very clean and modern although only 2 showers and 2 stiles, plenty of basins though. No fences / bushes or other to define your actual pitch area , minimum I would expect is ground markers ,we actually had people in the pitch behind up against the back of our van in their camping chairs and 2 dogs chatting and drinking til 1 in the morning ! I'm not a killjoy but we were due off the pitch the next morning and wanted an early ish night. Oh.... and one of their cute little doggies left me a present on the grass behind my van 🤔. Oh and beware , they have WiFi, but you have to pay a fiver a day !

We're sorry to hear that other guests' behaviour affected your stay. We expect all visitors to be considerate of those around them, particularly during the quieter evening hours, and we're disappointed this wasn't your experience.

We also appreciate your comments regarding pitch definition and levelling. As our touring area is on gently sloping ground, some guests may find levelling blocks helpful, and your feedback about clearer pitch boundaries has been noted and will be considered as we continue to improve the site.

Regarding Wi-Fi, we appreciate that this may not suit everyone's expectations. We aim to be transparent about any additional charges before booking.

Ik was blij met The site itself is very good. Clean shower areas and toilet facilities kept very clean apart from a huge dead spider in the paper towel dispenser in the ladies for 4 days, food in the restaurant is lovely and the staff very friendly.

Ik was niet blij met We were put on a pitch under trees which made the stay not great the weather was lovely but when you're in the shade under tree's It can be chilly, other pitches opposite us were free the whole time in beautiful sun shine

Ik was blij met My family and I had a great time at Coldingham Bay on a touring pitch the pitches are very spacious with your water ,electric and kitchen waste water at your pitch .The toilet block has been refurbished since last year and it is lovely with a hairdryer which was ideal ..we also used the diner in the complex and the food was 10 out of 10 there was plenty variety on the menu to choose from .The entertainment on the Saturday night when we arrived was fantastic Top hat and heels were absolutely fantastic and had everyone joining .The staff were also very friendly .
