Negativ The campsite was like driving into a scrapyard and the general state of the campsite was dire to say the least .
The pictures on their website were totally misleading and though we had booked and paid for 2 nights we could not face staying . There were obviously people living in caravans and we later learned that the site was known for a bad reputation
All in all a disaster

Vom Platzbetreiber: I guess,Tm, that anyone can see from the other reviews that this is totally rubbish! Yes you do come through a breakers entrance BEFORE you get to the campsite,the only people living in caravans are our 2 daughters and they are good class statics. Our reputation is actually good and great on our food,we have a fantastic little facility cleaner,maybe you should have approached us to voice your problems as we are very friendly and try to help everyone.

Positiv Great campsite with all you need, extremely friendly. I will be booking again and bring my family.

Negativ We were really disappointed and didn’t actually stay,

I understand the vision behind it and it could be beautiful,

but everything is dated, rotted and dirty.
Flies surrounding unemptied bins. How someone hasn’t fallen through the decking outside the showers is just short of a miracle.

Very sad as we were really looking forward to our stay but as stated above we left and didn’t use our slot

Vom Platzbetreiber: Thankyou for your opinion,the boards were on order for the repair of the decking,there was also a warning sign,you'll be pleased to hear that the wood has now arrived and is being fixed right now.Nothing is dirty as anyone can see from other reviews this year and oh dear,flies around the bin,maybe someone should be paid to stand there with fly spray! The bins are emptied by Biffa,weekly.

They have some great local bands in the beer garden, which is great in the brilliant weather we have had.
We only live 20 miles away so easily reached
Great beaches near by and Cadgwith just down the road
What more could you want

Positiv Great big field for pitching in! Not overcrowded at all!
Local band playing at the weekend - looks like a regular thing that they have!
Owners were very friendly & helpful.
Nice little bar area.
We’re already going back for another local band night!!

Positiv Loved the staff great family next year is there anniversary 20 years and we will be back for it lovely bar you must try the cocktails entertainment was good fun. facilities where exactly as we expected showers and tiolet block laundry available loads of space on the field so you can spread out I will be coming back with the family short walk to the beaches also few animals for the kids to enjoy

Positiv Nice spot with facilities on site. Also have it's own bar that serves hot food. Kennack Sands beach just short walking distance away.
