Vom Platzbetreiber: if you had read the itinery like anyone with half a brain cell would have done you'd have looked at the pictures..read what it says about the site...it cant read much clearer even a numbskull would have understood it, your obviously below numbskull level or you've not learned to read yet.. when you pulled in why didnt you pull out again if it wasnt up to your incredibly high standard.. so sorry it wasnt in an enchanted forest on the side of a landscaped lake as advertised but since the unicorn did a runner we seem to have lost the will to make it much.. yours truly John xx

Positiv I travel to the Victoria for Savfest, an annual charity two day Rock music festival. The setting is great, Dave and all the staff are helpful and polite, the beer in the past has been great, but this year I only drank soft drinks, but I imagine the beer was as good as usual seeing the amount that I saw consumed and the prices are not inflated like at some festivals. I imagine this standard is maintained throughout the year. There are a fair few classic motorbikes on display and motorcycle racing memorabilia adorn the walls. I would recommend the Victoria to anyone, but remember it is a bikers pub.

Positiv Easy of access, the outside sink facilities, food quality and prices.

Negativ Outside toilet / shower and step needs a bit of TLC, as the pallet step has seen far better days as some of the planks have rotted/broken and the door does not lock very easily.

Positiv It was exactly as expected, a carpark with room for 10 or so motorhomes, grass verge for tents and a pub that provided a fantastic weekend of entertainment.

Positiv The 2 people e met, who had an issue with hook up. It wouldn't work but was refused a refund.

Negativ No one to welcome you or offer any advice etc where to park. Either the amount of bikes blocking any access. Told to speak to a guy behind the bar with a hat on. He was just dismissive. Ok fo 1 night but was very inhospitable

Negativ Terrible site. Glasses everywhere, dirty facilities, faulty electric hook-up. The pub landlord didn't care. Not worth the money and wouldn't recommend.

Vom Platzbetreiber: how strange most normal people love it, see the reviews... 3 x 10 out of 10 and 1 x 9 out of 10 in the same week..we dont really cater for toffee nosed people so you didnt make a mistake stopping here you learned a lesson.. next time stick to campsites with an enchanted forest next to a lake with unicorns and fairies in the trees..they are out there usually ran by peter pan and friends
