Positiv: Clean and spacious site. No real check in, text msg to inform of pitch number. Shower block super clean, really hot water and good showers. Kitchen (sink, washer, fridge and microwave) and lounge area available for campers to use. Lovely walks straight from the campsite. Great food at the Church Inn, 30min walk away. Caught the Peak Bus into Buxton rather than taking the van. Bus driver dropped us by the farm on the way back.

Negativ: Road could be noisy, but it was a bank holiday weekend, so motorbikes out and about. Quieter by the evening.

Positiv: The site was very clean and tidy with great facilities in a lovely location. Easy to find and get set up.

Negativ: The other pitches had slightly better views but we booked last minute, so that's on us!

Positiv: Site was clean and tidy with lovely views. Clean showers and toilets, a kitchen area with washing machine. Also a lovely lounge area with t.v, sofas and table and chairs. Also a nice outside space with benches. Good value for money

Positiv: Excellent campsite with good sized pitches, great facilities. Dog walking field and plenty of space to enjoy the views and sunshine. Plenty of good walks and great local pub 1mile away.

Negativ: Quite noisy from the busy road.

Dog walk area not adequate - need to be able to have a run after travelling some distance.

Positiv: Loved the facilities which included a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge and freezer, lounge with lots of information about the local area and spotless toilets and showers. The pitch itself was large with power, water and grey waste disposal and surrounded on three sides by raised planted beds to ensure privacy from other pitches. The site was clean, well maintained and very pretty with views over surrounding hills. A bit pricier but worth every penny. Location was great and I will be back.

Negativ: I was on pitch 5 which was close to the road. It wasn't a busy road but be prepared for some traffic noise from farm vehicles.

Positiv: Spotlessly clean, great facilities, beautiful location. Quiet , stunning scenery

Negativ: The pitch had a brick wall at the rear which meant we had to pitch our caravan horizontally thankfully we had a motor mover !
