喜欢 Friendly staff

不喜欢 No check in parking space for tourers resulting in blocking of roadway entrance.
No choice of pitch(2 touring areas)
Croft field not private.Other campers walking over your pitch/playing football etc.
Showers too hot.Almost scalding.
Dogs supposedly welcomed,but could not access entertainment as dogs not allowed in bar! What are we supposed to do with our dog???
Grass not cut in touring fields.Witnessed static caravan areas cut twice during stay

喜欢 The staff were very kind, even let me borrow a phone charger from reception. The man at the arcade was sooo kind, my kids loved him was very helpful.

不喜欢 The main attraction for us was the outdoor pool, so we travelled 3 hours to Lizard park to be told its shut, and it only opens one day a week - which is saturday! Absolutely ridiculous. The indoor pool was pathetic and tiny, probably the worse pool ive ever seen. The drinks at the clubhouse are overpriced £7 a pint. All the activities you had to pay extra for. The toilets and shower block very outdated, and the showers were BOILING hot, my little one was crying trying to shower. After one day we were bored not much to do at all, will not be returning. Poor signal and WiFi very poor also

喜欢 The staff were all very friendly, polite and ready to help with anything.

不喜欢 The whole place seemed very run down.
The shower block was very cold and a bit outdated.
The grey waste drain was useless as it was too small to get the van anywhere near it.
The restaurant was understaffed and could not cope with the amount of people ordering food and the takeaway was closed.

喜欢 I liked the location. The spacious pitch and cleanliness. The pool was very warm too ! The venue offered very good value for money.

喜欢 Plenty to do. Friendly polite staff.

不喜欢 Camping Toilets and show blocks needed an update, kept clean by the lovely lady but in need of a refresher.

喜欢 All the staff friendly and a good space on site once we worked out where plots 20 was.

不喜欢 The plots not marked well on the croft as 20 to 22 missing the toilet block needs a little tlc as toilet handles coming loose. Payed for the WiFi but none on the croft, signal very bad to non existent. Would not pay again.

喜欢 There was plenty of space in the field we booked so lots of room for the little ones to run around.

不喜欢 The pitch was by he main road behind the trees which did mean a fair bit of noise and lights through the evening. The pitch was opposite the dog park so maybe avoid that area if your a light sleeper

喜欢 cheap pitch price, good geographical proximity to the Lizard point, free heated indoor pool, friendly staff, lots of activities for children, nice large club house and bar.

不喜欢 price of everything, food drink activities etc. Toilet and shower block need updated, rats seen running around caravans and fields, lots of things in kids play park closed off like the slides.
