Questo parco vacanze è apprezzato per il personale gentile e disponibile, i prezzi equi degli spazi e l'ottima posizione per esplorare la penisola di Lizard. La piscina coperta riscaldata gratuita, il club e le tante attività per bambini sono punti di forza per le famiglie. Sebbene molti abbiano trovato il sito pulito e ben tenuto, alcune recensioni menzionano servizi igienici datati e occasionali problemi di pulizia. Mi è piaciuto The staff were very kind, even let me borrow a phone charger from reception. The man at the arcade was sooo kind, my kids loved him was very helpful.
Non mi è piaciuto The main attraction for us was the outdoor pool, so we travelled 3 hours to Lizard park to be told its shut, and it only opens one day a week - which is saturday! Absolutely ridiculous. The indoor pool was pathetic and tiny, probably the worse pool ive ever seen. The drinks at the clubhouse are overpriced £7 a pint. All the activities you had to pay extra for. The toilets and shower block very outdated, and the showers were BOILING hot, my little one was crying trying to shower. After one day we were bored not much to do at all, will not be returning. Poor signal and WiFi very poor also

Mi è piaciuto The staff were all very friendly, polite and ready to help with anything.
Non mi è piaciuto The whole place seemed very run down.
The shower block was very cold and a bit outdated.
The grey waste drain was useless as it was too small to get the van anywhere near it.
The restaurant was understaffed and could not cope with the amount of people ordering food and the takeaway was closed.

Mi è piaciuto I liked the location. The spacious pitch and cleanliness. The pool was very warm too ! The venue offered very good value for money.

Mi è piaciuto All the staff friendly and a good space on site once we worked out where plots 20 was.
Non mi è piaciuto The plots not marked well on the croft as 20 to 22 missing the toilet block needs a little tlc as toilet handles coming loose. Payed for the WiFi but none on the croft, signal very bad to non existent. Would not pay again.

Mi è piaciuto There was plenty of space in the field we booked so lots of room for the little ones to run around.
Non mi è piaciuto The pitch was by he main road behind the trees which did mean a fair bit of noise and lights through the evening. The pitch was opposite the dog park so maybe avoid that area if your a light sleeper

Mi è piaciuto cheap pitch price, good geographical proximity to the Lizard point, free heated indoor pool, friendly staff, lots of activities for children, nice large club house and bar.
Non mi è piaciuto price of everything, food drink activities etc. Toilet and shower block need updated, rats seen running around caravans and fields, lots of things in kids play park closed off like the slides.

Mi è piaciuto The staff - everyone from the park warden to the entertainment staff were all friendly and helpful.
Location - great base to enjoy the coastal walks around the Lizard Peninsula.
Non mi è piaciuto The family/disabled toilet and shower room were not well signposted and not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. The main shower blocks were though and the showers powerful and hot.
