喜欢 Individual bathrooms.

不喜欢 Having to sign up via an app to obtain electric.
No staff on site/reception and shop all closed during check in times.
Reception and shop only open 9.30-1.00.

Lots of information leaflets, one suggesting action before you arrive!!

We stayed for 2 nights. On the 2nd day we left a small table on our pitch which had gone on our return. As there was no one on reception we phoned and left a message as we don't know if the site staff moved the table or if it had been stolen. We never received a reply.
They state on their leaflets that they look forward to seeing you at reception!!!

We're sorry to hear that you felt our shop selection and dog walking enclosure didn't meet your expectations.

While our enclosed dog exercise area is intended as a convenient space for a quick off-lead run, one of Pinecones' biggest attractions for dog owners is the fantastic selection of walks available directly from the campsite. Guests can enjoy four excellent routes without needing to drive:

Sandringham House and Visitor Centre
The Watermill ("King Charles III Way")
Snettisham Beach and Nature Reserve
Our extended pub walk, taking in the local countryside

In addition, Dersingham village is only around a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find a Co-op supermarket and other amenities. Just a little further (around 20 minutes on foot) are two dog-friendly pubs and two dog-friendly tea rooms, giving guests plenty of options during their stay.

Regarding the shop, we appreciate that everyone has different expectations. We have tried to stock a wide range of everyday essentials and convenience items for our guests, including fresh bread, milk, butter, eggs, bacon, frozen foods and ice creams, cereals, tinned foods, sauces, snacks, confectionery, hot and cold drinks, toiletries, medicines, camping accessories, electrical items, toilet chemicals, cleaning products and household essentials. In total, we carry around 110–130 individual product lines, which we feel provides a good selection for a campsite shop while the village supermarket is only a short walk away.

喜欢 Pod was very comfortable and offered hob, microwave kettle and toaster. Didn't need for anything.
Shower room was a joy, plenty of hot water and room to get dressed.

不喜欢 Poor customer service - had an incident with a member of staff that said I was travelling too fast when leaving the site. I have no issue with this being said but the way it was said was aggressive and confrontational. At this time I was taking my young son to the hospital.

If your on the fully serviced pitches there is a lot of traffic noise.

The external code for the barrier is different to the internal barriers however the signs on barriers and code pad said they are the same. The external barrier code is in the leaflet that is given out but it’s not obvious and i know I’m not the only person on the site who had the same issue. This should have been mentioned on arrival.

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your interaction with our site warden. I have spoken to him regarding the incident, and he assures me that he did not speak in an aggressive manner. He did, however, confirm that your speed was considerably above what is appropriate for the site. Given the speed you were travelling, he needed to raise his voice above a normal conversational level to ensure he could get your attention. The safety of all our guests is our highest priority, particularly during the school holidays when there are many children and adults walking around the park.

Thank you also for highlighting the issue with the barrier codes. Following your feedback, the arrival signage has now been updated to clearly show the correct information. The external and internal barrier codes were intentionally separated to improve the security of the park; however, the sign on the entrance barrier was unfortunately not updated at the same time, and this was an oversight on our part. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologise for any confusion this caused.

喜欢 Everything. A 10 to 15 minute walk to the local pubs in the village. Great little bar - Bens Bar on site. Great staff. Everything was so clean and a great location for Sandringham. Cant recommend this site enough. It was our second visit and we will be back :) :)

喜欢 Efficient welcome pack, instructions and clearly marked pitch location. Very clean and tidy spacious pitch with the seating hutch a very welcome addition.
Shower block very clean and tidy. Ben’s bar very welcoming and ability to order food a bonus. Excellent friendly staff and good to see a warden at night too.
