不喜欢 Food shop , restaurant closed on Sunday
Bar/restaurant doesn’t open before 11am when pitch as to be vacated by 11am

喜欢 Facilities were excellent, including a bar, cafe, restaurant, washing up area, individual toilet/shower rooms, a small play area, electric car charging and lovely walks from site.

不喜欢 If I had to be picky, the toilets smelled at times but really they were much nicer than most.

不喜欢 No separate toilets, they were in the same cubicle as showers and sinks,so when they were busy on morning and night you had to queue. Plenty of them as 2 blocks. Found the bar opening times odd. Shut at 3pm just when people were coming back on site from visiting seaside resort's so could of done with a drink. Saw lots go over to see if it was open. Reopened some days but closed all day 2 out of7.

喜欢 The facilities were brilliant. Individual toilet and shower, very clean. Lovely bar and pizza on site. Site was really clean, staff drove around making sure the site was good. The pitches were a great size. Lots of room, lovely picnic area on the pitch we had. Fully serviced, not too close to each other.
Lively area to go and walk your dog through the kissing gate.
WiFi on site is by far the best we’ve had. We bring our own big didn’t work and this was better and free. Nice touch!!

不喜欢 Not really a dislike, as didn’t bother us too much but is close to a main road so a lot of road noise. Didn’t put us off but just if you didn’t want that.

喜欢 I recently stayed at Pinecones Camping Site and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The comfort pitches were outstanding—spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The site is also exceptionally dog-friendly, with a range of scenic walking routes directly accessible from the grounds. These walks were ideal for our dogs, offering both variety and tranquillity, and allowed us to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. From check-in to departure, their professionalism and willingness to assist made a real difference and contributed greatly to the relaxed atmosphere of the site.

不喜欢 Although the presence of distant road activity is noticeable at times, it does not dominate the soundscape, and most visitors find it to be a minor background element rather than a disturbance.

喜欢 Quiet site, small amount of road noise during peak times, close to interesting places, and rural surroundings were great. Shower & toilet block well equipped and very clean.

不喜欢 Some irresponsible dog owners onsite, walking their dogs early morning 645am allowing them to misbehave, barking for some time.
