Mi è piaciuto Really friendly staff, great customer service, wash blocks were clean, pitch facilities/layout are perfectly placed and well organised.

Non mi è piaciuto We had heavy rain and the pitch flooded temporarily. Soon drained away. But we had sandy water marks on our awning flooring. Weather was a bit extreme though.

Mi è piaciuto Great site, well kept and friendly. Good pub on site with very reasonable prices also option to order food on site and eat in pub. Loads of walks in the area and close enough to walk to Desringham and Sandringham.

We’re also very fortunate with our location, with so many lovely walks straight from the site. Whether it’s a stroll into Dersingham village for its pubs and shops or a walk through the beautiful woodlands to Sandringham, there’s plenty to discover without even needing to take the car out!

Mi è piaciuto The site was well kept and the individual bathrooms were great. Lovely hot showers and a radiators to keep the bathroom warm! Owners and staff were super friendly and helpful.

We appreciate your feedback regarding Ben’s Bar opening hours. These do vary depending on the time of year and demand, as we try to balance keeping the bar open with the quieter periods on site. We appreciate your understanding regarding the road noise. Being close to the A149 does mean some traffic can be heard, although it generally becomes much quieter during the evening and overnight. As you kindly mentioned, we unfortunately can’t change our location, but we’re glad it didn’t spoil your break.

Non mi è piaciuto Some of the other users ignored the speed limits which is a concern for people with dogs and children. Not sure how to overcome it but we were surprised.
