Cotswolds Camping

Tyckte om A Nice location which was spacious and situated in nice place to see the cotswold and very relaxing. The warden was friendly and welcoming. The pod was no frills but it was comfortable with a kettle and heater two mattresses inside. It was quiet in the park so this was also great because we didn't have to queue or wait around to use the toilets or anything else on site. The toilets were basic but clean and functional.

Tyckte inte om Consent cold water in the disabled toilet. Tap was leaking in the kitchen which resulted in we floor. Lots of bugs ! in the pods but after we are in the countryside on a warm day.

Tyckte om Spacial pitches! attentive staff! Need to learn how to light a fire better for fire pit! Too exhausted by the time husband finally managed it🙄

Från föreståndaren: Thanks for your review Louise , we've made so much effort this year to get the place looking beautiful , upgrading the facilities and employing more staff to make the customer experience even better. I know the wardens usually buzzing around here there and everywhere but in the future give him a text and he will make time to show you how to get a fire going straight away. He's a bit of an expert now haha..glad you had a lovely time.

Tyckte inte om No one to greet us as we came in and no direction as where to stay , the toilets were dirty and in the women’s there was no toilet paper all weekend .

Från föreståndaren: unfortunately Benjamin , you never gave us an estimated time of arrival. When you give us this information which doesn't have to be precise it means we can plan the day accordingly. Our check in times are from 12 O'clock all the way up until 8pm. Its impossible to have someone stationed in reception for that entire length. When you called I was 5 minutes down the road at the local shop buying cleaning supplies. I did come and great you afterwards. The toilets were not dirty whatsoever, in fact just opening they are sparkling with not a single mark anywhere. Obviously when it rains your going to get mud on the floor but this is cleaned at least twice per day. Every single customer is advised to bring their own toilet roll as the paper often gets pulled out from the dispenser. The four other customers on site during have left positive reviews highlighting the cleanliness of the toilets

Tyckte om I went early in the season so didn’t expect everything to be bustling, I was greeted, shown around and taken to my lot, very spacious. Shower and toilets were clean. Hot water wasn’t an issue, kitchen area was a great idea with microwaves and fridges. I had a great time.

Från föreståndaren: Thanks for your review Josh, that's one thing we do extremely well. Year upon year building upon the facilities to make the campsite experience even better. A little secret, soon were going to have a wood fired sauna and cold plunge shhhhhhh!!!

Tyckte om Very spacious gravel pitch as the season is just starting.Didnt really have time to explore as we arrived in the dark,but in the morning it looked lovely.
The site was very clean too.
We were greeted at reception by a friendly chap .We did not use the showers or visit shop this time.

Tyckte om Great location for where we wanted to be and great facilities clean toilets and places to cook and there is a bar/restaurant on site but it’s by appointment only. Many be due to the time of year visiting as it was late October

Tyckte inte om The pitch was on the grass so really muddy. If I had the option again I would have paid for a pitch with electricity even though we did not use it need it but would have been a better pitch as it would have not been on the grass that was really muddy. Obviously this was no fault the the property it was just the time of year as it was late October

and was able to choose where we parked. . Good washing facilities and all we needed.
Great location. Walking distance to 4 pubs in Chalrbury.

Tyckte inte om Wasn’t greeted by warden so couldn’t ask any Qs for local knowledge. (It was a Sunday though)
Very dated shower block and only 1 female shower. If this was high season I would imagine not enough. Toilet window hanging off. No hand wash.
