Понравилось Lovely site and location with a view of the lake. Good pitch sizes and the site was quiet. No noisy groups. Lots of activities to book in the lake too.
Staff and instructors/life guards were all very friendly and polite.

Не понравилось Unfortunately there was a bright light above our pitch 49 which stayed on all night (the site said they are looking into this)
Disappointed that even though we paid to launch our own paddle board for the hour only one person was aloud the use it per booking - waiver reasons even though we all had waivers from previous use of the lake.
Most lakes we have been to you pay a one off launch fee for a day at a similar price to the hour. (Site did say they were new to launching own)

Понравилось The site provides a plenty of entertainment.

Понравилось I love it here, always a friendly welcome when checking in, large pitches, shower block always spotless along with area to clean pots and pans. Plenty of activities to enjoy for the adventurous or just sit back and enjoy the sites and sounds of the park also lovely walks on offer. I live 10 mins away and it feels like i'm the middle of the country side, for those travelling from afar supermarkets, petrol stations and a well stocked butchers are in kempston only a short drive away. Every time we have been everyone respectful of the camp rules. Free WiFi, never had issues with it. Will we be back, absolutely. 😀

Понравилось Most friendly staff at the reception. I think for watersport lovers this is a good site.

Не понравилось Other staff on the campsite was not friendly at all, I felt unsafe. There was trash everywhere all over the site, plastics, bits of camping gear, bins were more than full. The water from the waterpark had a bad odor and a funny colour. There was very little shade, but I guess they are still working on planting trees. It wasn't clear where was what on arrival.

Our staff are all really friendly on-site and walk around the campsite throughout the day to check on campers and litter pick, if you have any issues with our team please do let our reception team know on the day so we can resolve them on the spot and improve your experience here with us. If you feel unsafe we need to know as this is not something we will tolerate at any point and will help to resolve any situation as needed.

We do a daily litter pick across the site and empty the bins daily however, we do kindly ask all campers to respect the site and make sure to take all rubbish to the bins and take all household items/camping equipment home with them. Again if anything is not up to our high standards please do let the team know on the day so we can resolve for you at the time.

Our lakes are naturally spring-fed and the cleanest water quality around. We conduct monthly and bi-annual water testing with a copy of our water testing certificate available to view in reception. We introduce a natural lake dye twice a year. As well as making the water look great (!) this also helps block light to the lake bed and inhibits weed growth.

We have passed your feedback to the management team to look into further and thank you for your stay.

Понравилось Good size pitches. Showers clean. Good options for water sports on site. Close to a lidl supermarket.

Не понравилось A little noisy at night. No on site shop. A small children’s playground would be nice for toddlers.

Понравилось We loved this camping trip, could do water sports, shops & pubs are only a few minutes away so was good when we needed tent pegs! 🤣 Red lion pub done outstanding food! The shared toilets and shower block was absolutely spotless and the washing up area behind the block was also clean!

Не понравилось It would of been nice if they done a little free area for only campers to swim/paddle would of stayed on site more. And also a play park for campers only.

Не понравилось The showers was basic no where to put ya clothes when getting changed, not very clean. Over run by wasps!

Had to pay £5 for electric card
WiFi didn’t work

- Our shower and toilet facility does offer hooks on the back of the doors to hang clothes whilst you're having a shower and are cleaned twice daily by our housekeeping team. If you have any issues during your stay please do raise this with the campsite reception team so we are able to resolve this on the day for you.

- The electric card costs £5 for the deposit which is refunded in full back to you at the end of the stay, so we can use this for the next person camping on your pitch. We can see that the card was returned back to our team and your £5 deposit has been refunded back to you.

- Our campsite WIFI is included at no extra cost for our camping users and there is a code within your campsite welcome pack. If you have any issues with the wifi during your stay, please do let us know so our team have the opportunity to help resolve this for you.
